First go to another email site and get an email there. Then on that email go on settings and "transfer mail from another email" or something like that should be there. If it is not there, go into help and "transfer mail" on that. This should work for most email sites. If you want to keep the same network go into setting or help and that should be there too. If it is not then you have a bad email and should definitely change it.
