First go to the place where you can make your pets active and stuff like that. Then click the arrow by the small picture of your pet above the full size image of your neopet. Then click 'Edit Homepage'.

okay so in petpet park you can go to the store in market lane, in the petpet emporium, (Whoever did the last answer, is completely wrong. The park changed a long time ago and the color bottles aren't there anymore.
The color bottles moved to the PetPet Park Mall. Get NC by buying a NC card at Walmart, Target, or anywhere that has a Neopets Card. The Card will say Neopets instead of PetPet Park. But they're no PetPet Park cards because Neopets cards work and they are both created by the same staff. Or you can use a credit card and get it that way. Once you get the NC, click on any color bottle and select "Add To Cart" Once you do that, go to your cart and select
Purchase. You will be required to enter your password to complete the purchase and get the items. There's NO refunds for NC items.

if I'm not mistaken you need to have all the pieces to the regular lab ray and then go there with the pieces of the pet pet lab ray...
