Is it safe to eat wolfberry seeds during pregnancy?
I ate wolfberries and red dates with longgan during my pregnancy. I heard they have a good source of iron. My baby was born with bright eyes and rosy complexion. Tks god.
You said that you are a virgin, so that means you can't be pregnant if you haven't had intercourse. Even when just fooling around it sets off hormones in your body (you get excited) and by not following through on the sexual act it's very frustrating for you, your body and your partner. I am certainly not saying you should have sex if you aren't ready. Because of the hormones and possibly PMS you can get lower back pains, hunger pangs, and even in some cases headaches and nausea. When in love I have heard that loads of people can get cramps, upset tummies, and also they are so relaxed and happy that they eat like little pigs. When I left my ex I was quite thin, and then when I moved out on my own I got a new job and eventually loved living on my own. However, I remained rather thin (not thinking much of it at the time) and then I met my husband to be. The whole world looking brighter and more colorful and I was dancing on a cloud and boy, did I eat. I realized that I was more relaxed than I had been in many years. I didn't get overly fat, just my right weight, but all in all it felt really great ... cramps and all. LOL If your cramping continues then I suggest you see your doctor and have a good physical just to put your mind at rest.
Is it safe to use Sally Hansen cream in your underarms and near your panty line and buttock areas?
Of course. Why wouldn't it be? If you've tried the cream and you have a rash, stop using the cream- you're allergic to it... just try something else. Also, remember creams are for external use only... as long as you're keeping it away from the inside of your body (you wouldn't want to eat it, would you?).. you're fine.
yes i really gotta go
Why would you crave sweets so much?
Insulin drives sugar cravings. If you eat a few grams of carbohydrates your body releases insulin to deal with the sugar which is soon flooding your bloodstream. Any sugar you can't immediately burn for fuel gets converted to fat and stored. Within a short time all the carbs are out of your blood stream but you now have a lot of insulin left. It drives your hunger for more sugar, and when you cave in it starts the whole cycle all over. The only way to stop the cycle is to go cold turkey for a few days and remain low carb. Your cravings for sugar will vanish, although this will have little effect on strictly emotional eating.
AnswerYou might have a sweet tooth for no other reason than you like the flavor. However, you may have some underlying emotional issues which you are trying to smooth over with sugar rushes and chocolate hugs. If you're worried about your sweet intake, perhaps you see a counselor. AnswerHormones in women are usually the cause. I am sure you have heard women say just before their periods that they would "kill for sweets." Well, it just never stops in some women. Here is a trick I learned: Buy a chocolate bar with squares, and take 1 or 2 pieces and suck on it. This will help get rid of the cravings.
Treat yourself to a SMALL piece of cake or pie. We can all enjoy desserts, but most of us make little piggies out of ourselves.
AnswerLack of sleep and other things that cause run-down-iness will make you crave carbohydrates. AnswerEating sugar causes a steep increase in blood sugar, which is followed by a steep drop in blood sugar. Essentially, your brain thinks you are starving, and triggers a craving for the most accesssible form of energy -- more sugar. Many people find eliminating all refined carbohydrates from their diet on a plan like the Zone or South Beach, eliminates the cravings. AnswerOur body has the best defense and starvation mechanism. Generally we like foods based on our needs. For example we like colourful foods, cos we need more vitamins.(bright color indicates concentration of vitamine)similarly sweets= heavy calories. Our body gets jealous about the calories and tries to store them for future use. So your body craves for sweets so much.

Should Genetically Modified Foods be produced and utilized as a source of food?
This question is phrased in such a way that it asks for opinions.
Opinion #1I believe GM foods should continue to be researched, grown, produced and utilized. But I believe just as strongly that it needs to continue to be done with strong government oversight based on good, solid science. I don't think we will be able to feed all the projected number of people in the world without them.
Opinion 2:
Isn't that being done already?? It's hard to say it isn't when all the GMO crops in the US are patented to Monsanto, corn and soybeans particularly. All of these crops are harvested and put into the food chain and used by people, even if most people, even those who oppose GMO foods, don't realize it. These GMO crops are getting more difficult to get rid of if anybody has the right mind to do so because they're so wide spread. If someone attempted to grow an "organic" field of corn next to a field of Monsanto's GMO corn, that "organic" corn would no longer be organic because wind and insects are more than likely going to move the pollen from the GMO corn to the non-GMO corn and make it into....you guessed it....GMO corn. Then Monsanto's going to come after the person growing and storing the organic corn and reseeding it next year because they think that they're trying to take the patent rug from under their feet when in fact the organic corn producer had no control over the pollen that spread from the GMO corn to the "organic" corn.
That being said, there is no stopping the production of GMO crops even if you agree to this question or not. GMO corn and soybeans are already being fed to consumers, and no other types of corn and soybeans can compete with the quality and consistency of these types of scientifically modified plants. I think we have no choice but to accept the fact that GMO foods are here to stay, and are being and will continue to be a utilized as a source of food.
