Who is the most important prophet of Islam?
Allah
*******************************
If Allah is the Muslim god, he would not be the prophet. According to Islam, Muhammad is the most important prophet of Islam for Allah.
Almighty God (Allah) is the sole Creator, Sustainer, Provider and ruler of the worlds he has created. He sent about 1,25,000 Prophets (May peace be upon them all) to guide humans to the right path of Islam. Most important Prophets (some of them are called Rasool) mentioned in the holy Qur'an are: Hazrat Adam, Hazrat Idrees, Hazrat Noah, Hazrat Abraham, Hazrat David, Hazrat Soloman, Hazrat, Hazrat Ishaque, Hazrat Ismaiel, Hazrat Moses, Hazrat Jesus Christ (May peace be upon them all). The last and the most important of all Prophets being Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW) who was born in 570 Ad in Makka, Saudi Arabia.

What were Nostradamus prediction about India?
Well to be honest there is nothing much, there are lot of hoaxes u would find on net from Indira Gandhi to nuclear tests..but these are all un-ture and made up,
Yes it can be said all he did say was that people of the religon with the name sea ...that is Hinduism ..will fight Muslims and Muslims would be defeated ..basically indo-pak war....which has already happened 4 times ..and there is nothing much left for Pakistan to loose...and come on ..even Muslims are Indians too ...
so nothing left to say ...NOSTRADAMUS was a doper who got high ..and wrote some crazy sh*t ...while tripping on LSD...
If you would read and find a actual source you would come to know hardly any of his profecies have come true ...and his writings are so vague that they might seem to fit any particular incident ..
So cheers ..... pack ur bags to kick china's a**...
Yes you can. That is something that needs to be discussed with your local church fellowship that you are a part of. If you are seeking to minister on a wider range of influence then you might need to seek out relationships with a larger body of other prophets. For more info you can read up on articles on link below:
Where can you get a Gideon Bible?
I suggest that you contact the Gideons International association on http://www.gideons.org/Splash.aspx. Click on your region of the world from the list on the left and you will be redirected to your national Gideon centre.
If you click on 'Contact Us' you will be able to order a Gideon Bible or Bibles. However, Gideons only tend to give Bibles free in bulk to recognised organisations (hotels, prisons, schools, medical waiting rooms etc) as individuals should be able to afford a single Bible for themselves. Gideons provide Bibles at their own expense or through fundraising, and so this request is perfectly reasonable.
The Bible used by the Gideons is usually the King James Version KJV (or the New King James Version NKJV for those who would like a modern translation). Although the New International Version (NIV) was used on the Gideons UK regional Website when quoting Bible texts online (e.g. see http://www.gideons.org.UK/BibleHelps/index.asp), it is not used by the Gideons in the printing of Bibles.
If you cannot get a Gideon Bible as an individual, these versions of the Bible can be read for free on www.Biblegateway.com and parts downloaded also for free using 'cut and paste'. The KJV, NKJV and NIV can also be purchased relatively cheaply from all booksellers and from online book stores.
Should you specifically want some of the Gideon's own introductions or theme indices from their Bibles, you can obtain these from their website.

A prophet is not recognized in his own land?
In other words, a prophet is honored everywhere but in his own country and in his own home. Jesus spoke these words to show that those who had only recently heard believed, while those who knew him since he was a child did not. The modern day equivalent is that those who don't know you that well will treat you with respect, while often times your family treats you with contempt.
Answer:I had this happen to me when I became a minister. One of my sisters called me up one day and asked me sarcastically "You are going to be a minister?" To this day she still never comes when I have sermons etc. The rest of the family does but not her. She pretends to love me and support me but they are just words. The same happens whenever I call her on the phone, she rarely calls back. One of my former pastors had the same problem with his sister. She always makes fun of him whenever he talks to her. The point is, it is not people who determine what you do for God. Your and my job is to obey God regardless of what people say. The same thing was true of Jesus. The crowds loved Jesus, but the Pharisees did not. So should he have given up his mission to save us because not everyone accepted him? No, of course not.
Yes, it hurts when this happens and our emotions are involved. But God has set before each of us the duty to do what he asks of us if we are Christians. I lost a lot of friends when I became a Christian but I also gained a lot of friends. We have to keep going for God regardless of what people say. That is a tool of the enemy to discourage us and make us quit. So we have a choice, either give up when people assail us with comments or go on with God and be blessed. What will you choose?
Can you describe the call of a prophet?
The prophets in the old testament were all called by god to be prophets. None of them wanted to be one by themselves, they were all god called people to do gods work. And mostly all were from humble back grounds.
It was Elijah.
From Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_view_of_Abraham):
Ibrāhīm (Arabic: ابراهيم, Hebrew: אַבְרָהָם) , the biblical patriarch Abraham (circa born between 1900 BC to 1861 BC - died between 1814 BC to 1716 BC), is an important prophet in Islam. He is the son of Azar and the father of Ismail (Ishmael) -his first born son- and Is'haq (Isaac) his second born, both of whom are considered Islamic prophets. Ibrahim is considered the Father of the Prophets. Ibrahim is commonly termed Khalil Allah, or "Friend of God" or "Braheem".
Islam regards many sorts of the biblical patriarchs as prophets of Allah, and hence as Muslims (i.e., monotheists). Ibrahim is regarded as a Hanif (meaning a discoverer of monotheism without being taught by a messenger).
Because of their mutual veneration for Abraham, Islam, Christianity and Judaism are sometimes summarized under the term "Abrahamic religions".
Why is jesus considered to be a prophet?
Because Jesus proved to the Jews and to everyone else that he could do miracles, and that he WAS the son of Christ. and the people who hated Jesus were the people who were jealous of his fame and everyone calling him a "Prophet." And Elchiziak pronounced Jesus a Prophet. I think. dont be angry at me if im wrong. this is just a blurry memory.
No.
The Beast and the False Prophet will be a team of two men who will be living at the time of Jesus' return. The Beast will be a political/military leader... the False Prophet, a powerful miracle-working "religious leader" who appears to the world "Christ-like" at the time of the Great Tribulation, which hasn't yet occurred:
"...I saw another beast [which is the False Prophet, who works in collusion with the Beast], coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb [he will appear to the world to be Christian], but he spoke like a Dragon." (Rev.13:11 NIV)
They will be captured during the "Great Supper of God" -- the battle "on the Day of God Almighty"... at a place called in the Hebrew tongue "Armageddon" [see Rev.16:13-16]:
Revelation, chapter 19 is a prophetic chronology of Jesus' return to earth with His angelic army, making war:
"...I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, 'Come gather together for the Great Supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great.'
"Then I saw the Beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together [at Armageddon] to make war against the Rider on the horse and His army.
"But the Beast was captured, and with him the False Prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf... The two of them were thrown into the Fiery Lake of burning sulfur." (Rev.19:17-20 NIV)
Joshua was a servant and a successor of Moses. While Moses led Israel out of Egypt, Joshua completed by leading Israel into the promised land in conquest after Moses' death.
Joshua was not a prophet, but a spiritual leader of Israel. He simply followed Moses' instructions and finished what he has started as well as continually enforce the law of Moses. Joshua is mentioned many times in the books of Exodus, Numbers and Deuteronomy as a servant of Moses, and there's a lot more about him in the book of Joshua as the leader of the nation.
Was Isaiah commissioned as a prophet the year uzziah died?
No, although the names may seem vaguely similar.
When does Nostradamus predicts the world to end?
Okay, yes the Mayans did predict the world would end on December 21, 2012. Does this mean that everybody should go crazy believing them? No, because there have been thousands of predictions for the world to end, and none of them have come true. So why believe this one? Everybody can believe what they want, but just remember that this is just another prediction out of over a thousand that are going to fail.
(plus, those who believe the movie 2012, are not the smartest of people, its a movie so dont be afraid, The Knowing is another movie where people predict the end of the world and that was a prediction that would occur on October something in 2008).
Uzair: was a prophet sent to Bani Israel: Israel
he was sent to a village; it was a wreckage so he wondered how can Allah bring life to dead land?
he was put to sleep for a 100 years, then resurrected, he was amazed to see life again in the village he thought once dead.
Israeli took him to be the son of god, just like the christians took Jesus for the same

Answer 2
I would say that Moses is the main Prophet of Judaism, since he was God's Spokesman, when opposing the Pharaoh over the slavery of the Jewish people in Egypt, & because he was the one whom God Chose as His Lawgiver to the Jews.
Although Abraham is regarded as the first Jew, it is because he is the forefather of the Jewish people (as well as the Christians, Muslims, & Baha'is).
his mothers name was maryam(in islam) and mary(in chritianity).
Where was the prophet shuaib born?
He was a Hebrew from Madian. In the Bible his name was Jethro father of the wife of Moses or Musa.
