How do you become more comfortable around your girlfriend?
I am a girl and the best thing I have always likes in guys is when he is just himself and not trying to hard, you can pretty much get along with anybody no matter what I have very many guy friends of different groups just because I know they are being themselves. It Also helps if you just try and ask questions and get to know somebody at school or a game or a dance or something, I have always liked guys with a little humor and have a good conversation with. Just try not to be shy or think about things to much just be laid back and go with the flow!!! Maybe you could just talk to a girl about something you may have in common or ask if they just want to do something and try to get to know them!

Everyone has a right to a free public education. But that doesn't mean that the public school systems have to put up with junveniles who don't abide by the rules. If someone going to public school is not interested in getting a free public education and causes trouble and misses alot of school then they don't deserve the education. Yes a education in a public school system in the United States is free, and parents must contribute also paying for workbooks, pencils, paper and anything else the child may need to get his/her education. Times are h ard all over and schools are struggling too.

What is the difference between 'he is working' and 'he has been working' and 'he had been working'?
He is working - tells us that he is at work right now. It makes no reference to the past. It only speaks of the present time. He has been working - tells us that his work is ongoing from some point in the past. He had been working - tells us only about the past. It makes no reference to what he is doing at the present time.
Arnold Schoenberg wrote "Pierrot Lunaire" in 1912. He called for five instrumental players and a woman's voice. The voice was noted on the staff with x rather than a round note because he wanted the voice to sound like speech. The result is a cross between speaking and singing. You can hear many recordings of this work, beginning with the one that the composer supervised. Most performers render the Sprechstimme in the same manner as this original recording, but there was one in which Ilona Steingruber really sang the pitches. This work is the most famous use of Sprechstimme in music.

Why is it there are lots of gender benders?
Because natural selection, the process of evolution, is not a straight-line process, but one that is influenced by a great many factors over a long period of time, AND mutations also play a significant role, again over time. The natural world (because there is no element of the SUPERnatural in this or anything else) is rife with examples of the full spectrum of genderhood: totally "straight" men & women; men & women who exhibit a majority of outward & preferential characteristics of their opposite gender (a "girlie man," to name one pejorative example; a tomboy); totally homosexual men and women; bisexuals; trans-sexuals (those poor souls trapped in bodies that do not in most ways match their minds, like Chaz Bono); and probably many shades in between. In a healthy society of any kind--natural or man-made--diversity (unfortunately become a nasty-flavored buzzword of those who can't deal with things as they are) is essential to the continuance & thriving of the group. In-breeding devastated the royal Habsburgs of Europe as well as many fine breeds of dogs (especially Dalmatians) and other animals. Every good farmer & horse breeder knows that to preserve good stock, one must introduce other blood lines occasionally to keep the genes from turning in on themselves. Diversity is a "good" in the non-moral sense; it's a practical application of human knowledge to the preservation of the race. Why do you think whites marry blacks, blacks marry Asians, Asians marry Polynesians, etc.? There's got to be a strong primal (genetic?) desire to diversify & therefore strengthen the human race. People aren't born with the prejudice of homogeneity; they learn it from their family & peers, usually in provincial society. Prejudice on the basis of nationality, skin color, & such is tribal. The human race should have outgrown it by now, but we are a stubborn cuss when we're comfortable, when we have wealth & power...and no one EVER gives up power willingly--not generals, not presidents, and certainly not priests. It is the ultimate aphrodisiac. Thanks for asking!
Why is it important for poll to reflect the opinions of cross section of people?

This helps in making informed decisions that take into account the views of the entire population.
What are the purposes of the public opinion polls?

Can you suggest some non technical seminar topics?
The word "cuss" is a dialectical variation of the word "curse". It derives from the old superstition that a person could call down the wrath of a god or other superhuman entity on someone with the use of certain words. "To swear" originally was to call upon a god to witness the truth of a statement and is still used in this way in courtrooms.
Swearing and cussing depend on TWO things:
1. An offensive element to the word or phrase, commonest examples being
a) BLASPHEMY (insulting use of the names of sacred gods, the gods' representatives, or places), or
b) REFERENCE TO BODILY FUNCTIONS NOT SOCIALLY ACCEPTED (usually those to do with sex or excretion), or
c) INSULTS to ancestors, especially someone's mother.
2. An element of personal violence - violent emotion such as anger or contempt being usual. Without this the use of 'swear words' are rendered innocuous. A wonderful example of this occurs in episode two of The Matrix when the Merovingian demonstrates the excellence of French for cursing, the language itself being so elegant and eloquent. Naturally it does not sound at all like swearing in English.
Since this type of language is usually oral and it is only comparatively recently that people have rendered oral discourse regularly into written form, these words tend to mutate rather quickly. We have seen how "curse" became "cuss". The word "ho" is a phonetic rendering of a dialectical pronunciation of "whore", and "ass" (which unfortunately gets mixed up with the word for a donkey) is a dialectical form of the word "arse" .
Do you know how to pronounce flower? I think it is the same pronunciation...
What are the Relative merits and demerits of underground and overhead systems?
Underground systems offer aesthetic appeal, reduced visual clutter, and greater protection from weather elements. Overhead systems are typically less expensive to install and maintain, provide easier access for maintenance, but are more susceptible to weather-related damage and may be considered less visually appealing in some contexts.
