Do this 3 times a week for 2 weeks and you should feel relief from the very first soak in Epsom Salts. This has been used for many things such as healing wounds to getting steel slivers out of fingers to infections from a sore toe or finger. Then use Polysporim cream (can also be found at the drug store) and apply between the butt cheeks. This will help heal and take any infection away.
