Take the car to a mechanic or a mechanically inclined friend to take it for a test drive.

What do you do if your car is damaged by the repo agent?

Once the bank has declared the loan to be in default and has initiated the repossession process, the vehicle becomes theirs to dispose of as they see fit. The agency towing the vehicle becomes the agent of the bank, taking possession of the property of the bank. After the repossession, if you and the bank work out terms for you to regain possession of the vehicle, you do so from the bank and the vehicle is returned to you without warranty or additional obligation other than the terms of the loan. Damage which occurred while in possession of the bank may be repaired at the disgression of the bank, but they probably won't cause trouble for the towing agency, since they want to maintain a working relationship with them. The bank will probably just tell you to keep your note current next time.

Lender doesnt have title to car recently financed. Dealer closed did not do DMV paperwork never sent title to finance company Lender tells me I will never get clear title but must pay loan true?

How can you sell cars to corparate customers?

Most corporations have a purchasing agent. That persons job is to buy stuff for the corporation.most everything they buy will have a set of specifications that what they are buying have to meet.then they see who has the lowest bid for what they want to buy that meets the specifications.then they buy from them.you will have to contact the purchasing agent at the corporations you want to sell cars to.They are not going to find you.If you get one interested in what you have to say take him to a expensive lunch and you pay for everything. You are lucky if you get that far.My father used to take potential customers to the factory he represented in the company lear jet.He could pick them up in the morning anywhere in the us bring them for a tour of the factory, and have them home for dinner.I am assuming you just wanna be a middle man.And sell big quantities of cars.So start contacting the corporations you want as customers and start buyin lunches,or whatever it takes. The purchasing agent makes the decision in the end.If he likes you he even give you a heads up if he got a lower bid.

What months have the highest car sales?

Typically vehicle sales will rapidly increase with the onset of summer this can be attributed to college grads looking for more independence in a fast track world. Disposable income is a key factor in driving the economy from a retail perspective and every large clothing and electronics suppliers know this is the time to offer the best deals, the big car companies scramble to offer up attractive incentives to this naive generation of buyers although current tree's can point to a very intellectual and consumer savvy young buying crowd as it is after all we as parents have most likely suffered the most severe economical blows to the housing market and consumer world not to mention the dismantling of unions and diminishing pensions.

Can you return a new vehicle if you have not made a payment and feel that the dealer has represent itself falsely?

NO. Once you sign that contract that car is yours. This is the reason why when you go to a dealership, look at the car, inspect the car in and out, test drive the car, see how it feels, how it handles, etc. Before you sign your name on the contract, MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU WANT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT LATER. Besides, feeling and proving are two different things. Also, this is what contracts are for. It discloses EVERYTHING in writing. This is why you should completely look over a contract and completely look over a car before buying it.

How many payments do you have to be behind for the bank to repo your car?

It depends on which state you are in. In Kansas and a few others that I have some familiarity with, you have to have been 45 days late at some time. If you cured the default at that time and miss a later payment, even by a day, they CAN repo (probably none will, but they can). Your car can also be repo'd when your payments are current if you violate any other provisions of the security agreement, like letting the insurance lapse, using the vehicle for hire, or other things that put the lender at risk.

A mechanic's lien may be filed by a supplier or a subcontractor who has provided labor or materials and has not been paid. A lien must be properly filed by a claimant. It has a limited life, prescribed by statute that varies from province to province and state to state. If the lien-holder takes action within the prescribed time, the homeowner may be obliged to pay the amount claimed by the lien-holder.

If you have gas contaminated with water how long will it take your car to detect it before it damages you fuel system?

Most boat owners are familiar with this problem and it's routine to deal with. First, there is no significant damage to the fuel system caused by water. That's just scare tactics. The conditions aren't right and there is nowhere near enough time for enough corrosion to occur to make any difference and once it's cleaned up... that's it. My 1994 Geo Tacker got several gallons of mud from a local gas station. I made it 5 feet away from the pump, the engine ran for about one second. Several other people got mud at the same time and place, the furthest went two miles however we stopped another customer after only a pint of mud and her car kept running though very badly. This case was extreme, most contamination is less than a cup, not gallons like mine. I had no choice but to take the best course of action. I emptied gas tank and flushed it and the gas line out with denatured alcohol. My fuel filter was overdue for replacement anyway, and this was mud, not just water, so I replaced it. The car's fine. No problem. For cars still running with suspected water contamination, you can cheat. There is a product called 'dry gas' ($2.00) or a cup or two of denatured alcohol is ok... and then don't fill up until it's almost empty. Don't concern yourself with damage to the fuel system from water unless you keep getting water in your gas over and over and over, like twice a week... for 10 years.

How can you register a auction car with no lien paper?
