You can have the fastest/lightest bike in the world, but if you don't have the engine (legs) to ride it, and insane tolerance for pain for hours on end, no bike is fast.

There is no age range intended for usage of mini bikes. It all depends on the maturity of the young people using the mini bikes and the rules of the parents in deciding what the right age would be.

If you haven't ridden a bike before at all I'd suggest that you don't start with a fixie. If you already know how to ride, and want to take up fixie riding, then go for a bike with front + rear brakes and good pedal-to-ground clearance(=short cranks).

It would depend on the sprockets used, and rims and tires. Some cr500's have been modified for the street and will go much faster than bikes with the stock tires and rims. In stock form, 70 to 90 mph. Running the 500 at redline is crazy enough in first or second gear. Most riding is not at full throttle and this bike is not ridden at top speeds. In was made to handle speeds from 3 to 65 mph and pushing the limits on a cr500 isn't done then talked about.

That question will need much more detail before it can be answered. For an engine to run it needs fuel, air and spark. Without knowing which of these the engine has or does not have the question can't be answered.

There is no specific answer. It's like asking how long it takes to fill the gas tank in a car. There is chemical energy in gasoline, and also in the battery electrolyte. How much energy was taken out? The more that was taken out, the longer it will take to put it back in. And what is the original capacity of the battery? There is a limit on how fast the tank can be filled or the battery charged, too. This will also affect recharge time. To some degree, the capacity of the charger to deliver "optimal" charging amperage contributes to the recharge time. Lots of variables, lots of uncertainty.

well a regular go kart engine is usually a 5.5 hp and thoose can go about 25-35 depending on the weight and engine but a 8 hp engine would probaly go about 40-50 depending on the engine and weight again
