How can the characteristic of the trainees affect self directed learning?
Trainees with high self-motivation and self-discipline are more likely to succeed in self-directed learning, as they are proactive in seeking out and engaging with educational resources. In contrast, trainees who lack focus or drive may struggle to stay on track and complete self-directed learning tasks. Personal values, attitudes, and beliefs can also influence how trainees perceive the importance and benefits of self-directed learning.
"Self-fellatio" refers to the act of a person performing oral sex on themselves. It is anatomically possible for some individuals, but it is not common due to flexibility limitations. It is important to note that attempting self-fellatio can lead to physical strain or injury.
when referring to something such as mavlov's hierarchy of needs shown on this link http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/injury/research/YouthCharacteristics/youthfigure7.gif it can be seen that no self esteem is not necessary for life. only biological needs, such as the needs to eat and sleep are essential to life. however, good self esteem is something which makes a person much happier with their life. some people would argue that minimal positive self esteem is necessary for life, because people become extremely depressed and unhappy in life without it, and in severe cases, commit suicide, or resort to other methods of self injury.

Frequently young ladies are exploring what they think is attractive. These two girls were trying to figure out what they liked...or not. You are the victim of idle chatter and I wouldn't take it seriously.
If you were not trying to impress them, then they were just thinking out loud and it's their problem not yours. Although...they might have been considering you! And since it's been almost a year since you asked, you've probably found out that their personalities are shallow. Or that you have become a crush for one of them.
Girls have strange ways as do guys. Don't obsess about an overheard comment. People can be mean sometimes, or say things to hide their true feelings.
Explain why you feel the way you do?
Well, it's funny you ask; not too many people care how other people feel, so it feels odd to explain why I feel the way I do. I suppose because I've lived a while, I know one thing for fact: Life always changes. It's true! Life is like Ohio weather. If I don't like it right now, wait an hour; it will change. Yep. When life is awful, don't worry--it WILL change. When times are good, enjoy it, relish it, fall in love with the beauty of it. But don't hold too tightly to 'good times', because they, too, change, though they leave enough pleasant memories that you shouldn't ever forget what was good. But don't hold on tight--don't strangle what had been good by lamenting it when 'good' seems 'gone'. Instead, rest in the fact that life does, indeed, always change. When things feel lousy, when you fight with someone you love, when you lose a friend, when your bank account says zero, when you lose a job and can't find another, when you feel the maddest anger or saddest depression, just remember: Life changes; this too shall pass.
Thank you again for asking why I feel the way I do. But now it is my turn to ask you the same thing, Why do you feel the way you do?
Happiness is how you rearrange your mind. You can be happy with a million dollar living with a lavish life style or A homeless person on the streets of Brazil. Happiness is all in the mind of the person.
'are you a good person' what makes someone a good person?
Your question implies a differentiation between that which is good and something else which is bad or less than good. As it should be. Goodness is not relative. There are hosts of people who 'thought' they were doing good or being good when in fact, they were acting or believing badly. Goodness brings forth positivity, not negativity. Goodness brings forth light, not darkness. A good person is one who tries to make the world a better place based upon a valid and reasonable philosphical foundation. Notice the term "valid" and "reasonable". There is no moral equivalency between good and bad. A terrorist and a revolutionary are not flip sides of the same coin. For example, a good person does not murder, or steal, or covet, or make idols. These are negative. A good person creates positive. To be clear, that little voice in your head (that so many falsely rely on to tell them what is good and what is bad), is often unreliable. Feelings too are often unreliable. Good people do what is right regardless of what they"feel like" doing and despite social aceptance of badness.
Dignity is important because it reflects a person's inherent worth and value as a human being. Respecting and upholding dignity helps promote self-esteem, autonomy, and respect in interpersonal interactions. It serves as a foundation for promoting equality, human rights, and social justice in society.
Self-concept may be defined as the totality of a complex, organized, and dynamic system of learned beliefs, attitudes and opinions that each person holds to be true about his or her personal existence. There are 6 major subtypes, namely physical i.e. an individual's view of their body, health, physical appearance and strength, social i.e. an individual's sense of worth in social interactions, temperamental i.e. an individual's view of their prevailing emotional state or predominance of a particular kind of emotional reaction, educational i.e. an individual's view of themselves in relation to school, teachers and extracurricular activities, moral i.e. an individual's estimation of their moral worth; right or wrong activities and intellectual i.e. an individual's awareness of their intelligence and capacity of of problem solving and judgements.
Consent is important because it ensures that all individuals involved in a situation are willing participants. It promotes respect for autonomy and boundaries, reduces the risk of harm or coercion, and fosters healthier and more positive interactions. Consent is a vital aspect of relationships, intimacy, and communication.
Why do the most beautiful women have the lowest self-esteem?
Pretty women expect too much out of themselves. Pretty women are always trying to live up to the pretty. Pretty women are some of the most loneliest women in the world. People think you got it all, date it all, need it all, and have it all. When all you got is your television on a Saturday night and a wish for some wonderful man to call and take you out of your silent misery. This is why pretty women have the lowest self-esteem. I know, I have lived the "Pretty" lonely life! Sometimes you just got to come down to earth and not worry about being so perfect and pretty all the time. Just be like everybody else. you'll find that life want be so lonely and people will like you better. Do they? In order to give a specific answer to the question one would have to be aquainted with every attractive female in the world, which obviously is impossible. Therefore the question is rhetorical in the sense that one would only be able to answer based on their personal experience with those females that they perceive to be "the prettiest".
Some girls with low self esteem tend to act irrationally and tend be needy. They need constant love and attention in order to feel good about themselves. They need to feel worthy, but on their own terms. They love drama. They usually have a history of sexual partners, most of whom they slept with because the person thought they were beautiful. So who's to say that won't happen again if the guy doesn't give the girl enough attention?Girls like that often accuse their partner of cheating, because of their own insecurities. Girls with low self esteem often believe in revenge, "you-hurt-me-so-I'll-hurt-you", and will act accordingly when they see fit. They are like a puppy- adorable and sweet, but not mature enough to know how to act. They are basically "high-maintenance" and guys don't want that.
Girls with confidence know what they want out of life and work hard to get it. They don't know the word "pity-party" and don't depend on others. They usually have their ducks in a row. They are level-headed and don't play games.
People with low self-esteem's aren't Immature, people who are confident and sanguian tend to be more immature, to me I believe that shier girls are more mature than confident girls, as confident girls are always smiling and laughing and acting like little girls. The only men who give girls with low self-esteem's a hard time is the men who are nasty cocky bullies. Girls with low self-esteem's get picked on by those men because they tend to be more weak and sensitive and they dont stick up for themselves.
But then in some other ways maybe men think "if you treat yourself with respect, others will treat with respect" but men need to be more empathetic for a women who has a low self-esteem they go through hard times are continuously put down by a certain someone, any man who gives a women a hard time because she has a low self-esteem is a nasty pig. Women's self-esteem's gow low usually because they have already been given a hard time by a man or even women, so basically confident girls get put down by men just as much as girls with low self-esteem's because how do you think the girls self-esteem got low in the first place?
Someone who has a strong ego identity?
A person with a strong ego identity has a clear sense of self, knowing who they are, what they stand for, and their place in the world. They have a solid understanding of their values, beliefs, and goals, which provides them with a sense of stability and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
It's normal to have concerns about the future, but remember that challenges are a part of life. Stay optimistic and focus on what you can control. Seek support from loved ones or a professional if needed.
If you are a teen how can you overcome school anxiety?
That would depend on the cause of the anxiety. If it is anxiety about school and grades (fear of failure), then just apply yourself, and do the best you can. And while everyone prefers to make top grades, not everyone does. But not being in the top 10 or 20 per cent of your class is ok. But if you feel your best isn't good enough to get you the grades you want, then you should consider getting a tutor. If the anxiety is due to peer pressure, or the fear of not "fitting in", then you are not alone in that. Most teens have anxiety about not feeling accepted or being liked by their classmates, but most would never admit it to anyone. Just remember the other teens at school are probably just as anxious as you are, and some even more so; they are just really good at hiding it. But you have to realize you are just as good, just as important and just as special as everyone else in the whole school is. And lastly, there are always going to be those that are bullies, and prey on those they feel are 'beneath' them. Don't let anyone make you feel less of a person or less important. People who do act that way are often the ones that are the most insecure, and that is their way of trying to hide it.

If you are asking for the meaning, it's a person who's potential was realized with out the help, motivation, resources or support of anyone else. A self actualized person has become all that they had ever wished for, without the help or money of parents, government, friends or spouse. They are independent, intelligent and self reliant doing everything that they are capable and willing to do.
How can you improve your self-esteem?
Low self-esteem results basically from too much negative feedback, which could be repetitive failures and/or low energy level -- both mental as well as physical.
Probably the best antidote is to start by improving your energy level. Consider healthy food and timely eating habits; see if you are getting sufficient rest. Plan out an exercising activity, preferably in a group to take advantage of the group dynamics. Stay in the company of good and supportive friends. If you are excessively tired, take a break for some time.
Learn to relax: swim, play tennis, watch movies, meditate, do whatever you always enjoyed. If you are still in bad shape, buy binaural beat CDs or MP3 for relaxation. In less than half hour you can be in a state of deep relaxation. Binaural beats directly influence your brainwaves and highly effective. This is a recent but very useful technology for complete overhaul of the brain.
To counter negative feedbacks and failures, indulge in hobbies that you enjoy, pick up some simple physical activity like gardening, do some community activity, etc and reward yourself with a treat after even small achievements. This gives you positive feedback. Divide every task into small do-able segments and complete them one-by-one. After finishing each segment, relax and enjoy the sense of achievement. Soon you will see yourself feeling vibrations of self confidence and power.
B. Letting a student set his or her own goals. By allowing students to set their own goals, teachers can empower them to take ownership of their learning, leading to increased self-esteem and motivation.
