Snow Leopards

Although little is known about Snow leopards because of their reclusive nature, there are thought to be less than 7,000 in the wild currently. Because of this, Snow leopards are an endangered species. These strikingly beautiful cats, which belong to their own genus, the genus Uncia, make their home in the rocky mountainous regions of South Asia and Central Asia.

It very well could be, or a problem with the float. Remove the bowl off the carburetor, remove float, needle valve, and seat. Clean all parts good with carburetor cleaner. Float the float in some fuel to make sure it floats (when should not that any fuel inside of it). Put needle valve, seat, and float back on and open fuel valve a small amount, lift float up to see if it will shut fuel off, if it does reinstall bowl. If not you may have to replace the needle and seat.

How do snow leopards communicate with other animals?

Supposing by "other animals", you mean "other snow leopards", they primarily leave urine scent-markers and scrapings into trees as an "I am here" signal. With this information, adults generally keep their distance from each other. Males can also tell when a snow leopardess is in heat from the change in smell of the urine marker she leaves behind and that is usually the only time when they will deliberately approach one another.
