That's the ONLY way in which the question makes any sense to me.
If you mean that you don't want to participate in the social security system at all, there is one option I know of: move to an Amish community and become Amish. The Amish are permitted to exempt themselves from Social Security taxes on religious grounds, because the Amish community has a very long history of taking care of elderly/infirm and destitute members (who therefore don't collect Social Security benefits either). You've got to really be committed to the belief system and the lifestyle to do this, though, because if you try it as a tax dodge both the US and the Amish will take a very dim view of it.
The other option is to choose not to participate in social security by never applying for benefits. I don't think anyone can make you take social security benefits if you don't want them. You'll still have to pay the FICA taxes though.

On a background check, if an unknown name appears, with a date of birth for example under the "OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH SUBJECTS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER" what are the possible connections? I can not get an answer from the online baground check provided as to what the possible connections are. The individual is my ex-spouse and co-owner of our one year old home that he walked away from without filing a "Quit Claim Deed" for. Leaving me stuck with the entire house payment each month until I can get him into court. Yet more of my funds spent needlessly. Plus our chronically ill daughter and granddaughter had to move in as I am unable to provide the supplimental financial assistance funds I had been doing. The unknown female is listed 1-5 times in the "ASSOCIATED WITH SUBJECTS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER" and our son is listed 1-4 times on the various reports. However, our two daughters on not listed on any of the reports in that section. Please pass on any informatoin you can to me. It will be greatly appreciated believe me. I assumed it was a child he had that I was not made aware of. But fear that the shady business venture my ex and his co-workers and at least one of his brothers is involved in my be an issue. I certainly do not want to find out that he linked out son somehow to his venture..... Please help me...

Since you were adopted by another man at age 6 and now go by his surname I don't think you can be considered you biological fathers child in the eyes of the law now. Your biological fathers name is not on your birth certificate. You could try and see if social security would except a DNA sample from your biological fathers other children to prove that you are his child or maybe your biological fathers parents(this would be better) if any of them would do that for you.
If you make less than about $1000 per month. The amount increases every year. You can cause SSDI to check you out to see if you no longer needs SSDI.
What are the social security benefits in Wyoming?
Social Security benefits are the same no matter what state you live in. Social Security retirement benefits are based on your earnings record or "credits" and your age.
Technically, the owner hasn't "abandoned" the property unless you can "prove" he or she intended to abandon it. Failure to reply to letters sent to last known address may not be enough, depending upon how valuable the property is.
You could file a complaint for disposition of abandoned property in the local court, and they will instruct you whether you need to hire a private investigator, or post notice in public places, or publish ads in various newspapers, or simply take the stuff.
This raises the question of who is (or will become) the rightful owner of abandoned property in your state? It may go to charity, unless you can (again) "prove" it was intended to be a gift to you personally. It may belong to the person's heirs at law, if they passed away and forgot to mention it to you. If it falls into a monetary category (stocks, gift cards, kruegerrands, etc), then the state may require you to place it into the custody of the state treasurer until the rightful owner can be determined.

Are social security taxes taken out of a persons check when they reach age 65?
As long as a person works, they continue to pay "wage taxes", even if decide to start collecting SS while they are working.
This is neither silly or unfair, since, as each year they continue to pay into the system, the higher their benefit goes up, so that they may see an increase in their SS beyond any cost of living increase.
I am assuming by a person's "check", you meant a paycheck. If she just receives a SS check, no, the only taxes taken out is the Federal Income Tax, if she requests it.
