I dont believe so because it doesn't seem to be a sound word.
What are the deficiencies of the control test the multiple test and the integration test?
The control test states that if a person is an employee, then the employer has the right to not only state what needs to be done, but also how it should be done. This is not what happens when someone hires a contractor as they are usually considered experts in their field, hence it is up to the contractor to decide how a job should be best done. For example a person who hires a mechanic to fix their car would not be considered an employee using the control test as the person would only specify what needs doing but not how the job should be done as they lack technical knowledge.
The problem with the control test is that there are many employers who lack technical knowledge to tell their employees what to do. For example a supervisor may lack the technical knowledge to tell an engineer how to do a job but is still employed by the company and is still considered an employee. Hence the test fails to address the problem of identifying the employer/employee relationship.
The integration test looks at whether the person performing the services is an integral part of the company or whether they conduct business similar to someone performing services as a contractor. If they are integral to the organisation they are considered an employee.
The problem with this test is that someone can still be a contractor but also be an integral part of an organisation. For example a doctor could be a vital part of an organisation but still be a contractor at the same time, hence the need for a better test. This problem lead to the development of the multi factor test. This test basically gives a weighting to the following criteria
* Degree of control
* Hours of work
* Mode of remuneration
* Right to delegate
* Provision of equipment
* Entitlement to annual leave
* Method of paying tax
* Parties belief as to their working arraignment
While this test is the most thorough of all three tests it is still not without its problem. The main problem being is what weighting does the court apply to each criterion and to what percentage will rule a person as being either an employee or a contractor.
Normal is around 95-105 or something, 130+ is very intelligent
It depends on what level your taking. The test is basically as a FCAT or SAT test, but is a 3 hour long test. Don't worry or stress over it is not that hard.

What describe spreadsheet software?
A spreadsheet is an interactive computer application program for organization and analysis of information in tabular form. Spreadsheets developed as computerized simulations of paper accounting worksheets. The program operates on data represented as cells of an array, organized in rows and columns. Each cell of the array can contain either numeric or text data, or the results of formulas that automatically calculate and display a value based on the contents of other cells.
The user of the spreadsheet can make changes in any stored value and observe the effects on calculated values. This makes the spreadsheet useful for "what-if" analysis since many cases can be rapidly investigated without tedious manual recalculation. Modern spreadsheet software can have multiple interacting sheets, and can display data either as text and numerals, or in graphical form.
In addition to the fundamental operations of arithmetic and mathematical functions, modern spreadsheets provide built-in functions for common financial and statistical operations. Such calculations as net present value or standard deviation can be applied to tabular data with a pre-programmed function in a formula. Spreadsheet programs also provide conditional expressions, functions to convert between text and numbers, and functions that operate on strings of text.
Spreadsheets have now replaced paper-based systems throughout the business world. Although they were first developed for accounting or bookkeeping tasks, they now are used extensively in any context where tabular lists are built, sorted, and shared.
Visicalc was the first electronic spreadsheet on a microcomputer, and it helped turn the Apple II computer into a popular and widely used system. Lotus 1-2-3 was the leading spreadsheet whenDOS was the dominant operating system. Excel now has the largest market share on the Windows and Macintosh platforms.[1][2][3] A spreadsheet program is a standard feature of an office productivity suite; since the advent of web apps, office suites now also exist in web app form.
Pros and cons of standardized test for children?
the pros are very little and the only one i can think of is it helps to keep students on track with their grade level standards but it takes time away from teaches to teach vital subjects and it takes all year to prepare students for the test. the test measures the students ability to learn and the teachers ability to teach. Students who are moe gifted than others aren't challenged because the test is supposed to measure if they are right on track with their grade level learning standards and it does not push the gifted students so it pushes the gifted students to go for mediocrecy not above and beyond. Also the schools that aren't doing well with their test scores funds are cut which causes the students to fall behind because they don't have the enough money to afford new textbooks and computers so the students can learn what they need to pass the test.
What is the difference between parametric and nonparametric statistical tests?
Parametric are the usual tests you learn about.
Non-parametric tests are used when something is very "wrong" with your data--usually that they are very non-normally distributed, or N is very small. There are a variety of ways of approaching non-parametric statistics; often they involve either rank-ordering the data, or "Monte-Carlo" random sampling or exhaustive sampling from the data set.
The whole idea with non-parametrics is that since you can't assume that the usual distribution holds (e.g., the X² distribution for the X² test, normal distribution for t-test, etc.), you use the calculated statistic but apply a new test to it based only on the data set itself.
What is the best way to study for medical terminology exams?
The best way to study medical terminology (or any other terminology) is to use the Index Card Method. This is a great technique that does not cost much, can be used at any time and any place, and really helps you to learn those terms!
Write each term on one side of an index card.
Write the definition on the back of the card.
Keep the cards with you all the time, and read through them every time you have a few free minutes (while waiting in a queue, riding the bus, or during meals)
If you know the definition of a term, turn that card over and place it at the back of the stack of cards.
If you do not know the definition of a term, look at the correct definition and take a few moments to think about it, then place that card somewhere in the middle of the stack so that it will come up again before you are finished.
When all the cards are turned over, you have learned all the terms!
Dr JC: I've got a variation on that - dictate into your iPod each of terms, then pause then give the definition. When you're walking jogging or cycling listen to the iPod and speak the definition before the correct answer is given. Quicker and more portable than writing it down
Dwat24: I would use flash cards/index cards as well. I would write the combining form, prefix, sufix or term on one side and the other side be for the definition. If you have multiple medical terms for other chapters i would color code them. For example: green flash cards are for chapter: 3 or Yellow Flash cards are for prefix,sufix or combining form ect. When studying or practicing with the flashcards i would buy a candle or a sent that you like. I use vanilla. And study to that sent and on the day of the test buy lotion, perfume, cologne, chapstick or any kind of sent mechanism that is the same sent you use to study with. Why use a sent to study with? Research shows that when you use a certain sent to remember things by, that when you smell it you can remember those things because it triggers a spot in your brain. We use this in our medical terminology class and my teacher knows a lot about the brain so on test days she lights a vanilla candle and on our way to class we can smell it in the hallways. This is a great way to study other things too!
There is also the methood of figuring out what a word means by remebering a limric or phrase. Example: "Apocrine glands are controlled hormonally. So, Apollo was always hormonal in the eyes of Zeus." Something like that. That's how I study.
With the technology we have nowadays, you can easily go online and get a lot of free review and training programs for your medical terminology exams. Ensure that you know the etymology of those medical words so if ever you forget them, you would know how to remember them (like those in spelling bee competition)
