Then when the Trojan is gone go to Microsoft's web page and get all of the updates for your OS (Operating System), where it is Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 or Millineum, XP Pro or Home, or Apple w/e. Hopefully you do not have UNIX or a similar OS because if you do you are pretty much S.O.L.
