How do you lose my fear in jumps in motocross?
Just don't think about it too much. Just as soon as you reach the end of the turn twist the throttle all the way (shift if needed) and you will make it over. I ride a yz125 (most underpowered big motocross bike) All jumps are small enough for every bike to take. Unless its laracco's leap at Red Bud.
How can I increase the ride height of my Yamaha yz85?
what u can do is ask the dealer and see if they have a higher and bigger set for the 85... that is probaly the easiest way to do it... if they do not have it than what u can do is raise the spring or the shock..

What could be the cause of a motocross bike not starting?
If it's a two-stroke, you could have a fouled plug. Try replacing it. If it starts fouling repeatedly, try cleaning your air filter and being easy on the amount of oil you put on it. Also cleaning the carb could fix that problem.
If it's a four-stroke, you might not have enough compression due to a need for a valve adjustment.

Number 1 you dont need octane booster in a bike. If you want 100+ octane fuel, go buy racing fuel at $5 a gallon. Most fuel suppliers carry racing fuels or can direct you to get them. Now with that said, your fuel to oil ratio will not change based upon the octane of fuel you run, only your timing will change. On a 125 you should be running a mixture of somwhere in the 40:1 range depending on what modifications you have done. Use a good quality oil like Burris synthetic or Red Line and you will good to go with little in the way of carbon buildup on your piston and exhaust. I raced for many years a CR125R and a TM125R Rotary with these oils in the 15k RPM range and they lived a long life only changing out pistons every 3-6 races with little to no gumming of the heads and pistons.
Can a Yamaha engine fit a Honda frame?
