Is it safe to use tampons when treating BV if you start your period?
Is it bad to remove a tampon quickly with one big tug?
It's not exactly great to remove a tampon quickly with one big tug.
Your vagina walls are going to have small tears as a result of tampons drying-out vaginal mucus membranes so a big tug may pull at this causing discomfort. A big tug if you're not aroused may pull uncomfortably and cause pain in the vaginal muscles too. It's best just to gently and firmly pull out.
Why does absorbency matter when you use tampons?
Because how heavy or light your flow is determines which absorbency you need to use. If you have a heavy flow but you use a lighter absorbency tampon, it will leak a lot sooner. But if your flow is light and you use a heavier absorbency tampon, it might hurt to remove, and bacteria could gather in the extra material which could give you infections or tss, etc.
Going to a beach party tomorrow can't get tampon in what do i do?

Is it normal to feel numb after taking out a tampon?
No, it's not normal to feel numb when you've removed a tampon. Your vagina doesn't have much in the way of feeling so it would be unusual to be able to feel that your vagina was numb to begin with. If your vagina feels numb then consider you may be sensitive to something in the tampons you're using.

Does it mean your hymen is broken if you can wear a tampon?
Can you be a virgin and wear tampons?
Yes, there is absolutely no difference between a virgin and a non-virgin that would prevent a virgin from using tampons. Although note that tampons are not recommended to pre-teens or teens given additional risks of TSS - it's best to use sanitary pads, or if you want to use internal options it's best to use menstrual cups or softcups.
Tampons should not have anything blue on them, you need to consider what this could be. Tampons - or at least disposable tampons - should be white, unless what you're seeing is the blue from the string then chances are something has gotten onto the tampon or into your vagina that shouldn't. When using tampons make sure to check the tampon before insertion, not just to make sure there's nothing blue on them but also as tampons can go moldy so it's best to check them to see if they're safe.
Do you have to have a septic system if you have lived on the land for 27 years?
Dear Plugged-up, "Living onn the land" sounds like your intentions are in the Patriotic area but my belief is that it is easier to seek forgivness than get permission in anything to do with the government. If it was me, I would do what needs to be done and go on with my day. Best wishes, Ben Hadd
Why are there no tampons in Peru?
There are tampons in Peru, there are tampons in all countries.
Tampons may be harder to find in certain countries where there are taboos about menstruation or where there are taboos about vaginal penetration/insertion outside of marriage. Some specialist stores may sell tampons or some stores may stock tampons if they are asked to do so, you may also order online. Tampons can also be homemade with cloth or you can use natural sponge as tampons.
You cannot menstruate while pregnant - menstruation only occurs if you don't fall pregnant - but you can experience bleeding while pregnant such as implantation bleeding. If you suspect that you may be pregnant then take a pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant or not. Do not use tampons when your flow is light like this, it is dangerous and irresponsible to misuse tampons like this.
If you search online you can see what they look like!
Commercial tampons or organic tampons - white compressed cotton and/or rayon, about an inch and a half in length, the width of a finger, and look rocket-shaped with a string attached. Some will come with applicators which are plastic tubes surrounding the tampons.
Soft tampons or wet tampons - synthetic sponge without visible holes like normal sponge, normally pink in colour and shaped like an inch tall round disk about an inch in width, sometimes shaped to include a hole to hook your finger into for easier removal.
Sponge tampons - these are made from natural sponge so look like balls of yellow or brown coloured sponge, cut to size depending on absorbency and sometimes with strings attached.
Cloth tampons - made from cloth either shaped into a rocket-shape or flat then rolled-up to use, normally with strings attached for easy removal, and typically white. Sometimes they have wooden sticks attached as applicators to push into the vagina.
Knitted or crochette tampons - made from knitting or crochetting wool into a rocket-shape or flat then rolled-up to use, normally white and normally with strings attached for removal.
Can you flush tampons down RV toilets?
No, you cannot flush tampons down any toilet.
Tampons don't break-down in water, instead they expand which can cause serious problems such as blockages i any toilet system. In normal toilets the tampons can also bypass sewage treatment so end-up in waterways such as in rivers and the ocean, where they are an eyesore and can harm wildlife. Tampons should always be wrapped-up and thrown in the bin, that's what bins are there for.
Hope you got it out of you. You need to see a doctor because it sounds like you may have an infection. I also suggest you use stick-on pads such as "Always Wings" (over-night ones for heavy flow.) Tampons aren't that healthy to wear because it does rub on the fragile tissues inside.
Will inserting a tampon break your hymen If it does why does it not hurt?
With normal use a tampon will not break the hymen. The hymen is semi-flexible and the vast majority of the time it will not tear the hymen, but it may stretch it a bit - thus answering your question of why it doesn't hurt.
Is it typical to flush tampons in Holland?
It isn't typical to flush tampons in any country.
Tampons are not flushable - always wrap-up and bin.
Tampons don't break-down in water like toilet paper, instead they expand by up to 10 times their original size so can cause blockages in the toilet itself or further up the system. Flushing items like tampons can cause major blockeges as well as burst pipes which over just a year can cost millions worth of damage, not to mention mean a lot of work for sewage workers and a lot of damage of properties. Tampons also can bypass the sewage treatment centres thus making their way into water systems such as lakes, rivers and the sea - causing a major eyesore and damage to the environment.
Should you take your tampon out when using the restroom?
No, there's no need to remove your tampon when using the restroom.
Tampons will not absorb urine when you urinate, given as tampons are within your vagina and urine comes from your urethra. All you need do is move the string of the tampon out of the way of the flow of urine as otherwise it'd get wet, which isn't very comfortable or hygienic. It is a good idea to time changing your tampon with bathroom breaks as much as possible, just to avoid spending so long in bathrooms.
Does tampons cause vaginal infections?
Yes, tampons are a common cause of vaginal infections such as Bacterial Vaginosis.
Tampons are not very hygienic as they give bacteria the perfect environment in which to multiply while also preventing vaginal self-cleaning functions. Although correct use such as changing tampons regularly will reduce risk of infections, the fact is that tampon use can always cause vaginal infections and some women will be more prone to vaginal infections when using tampons.
How many tampons does it take to drain a pool?
Tampons aren't going to be used to drain a pool, obviously. Tampons are for managing menstrual flow, not for draining a swimming pool. If you were wanting to guess how many tampons would be needed, well that would depend on the pool size and the tampon absorbency!
If you are seeing major changes in your menstrual periods then it is best to consult your doctor to determine why and rule-out any serious underlying health conditions. A one day period is not normal, if very heavy it could be a sign of something more serious - if you can go through a super absorbency within an hour that is a sign that your flow is too heavy so you need to see your doctor.
Is mentalism against religion?
No. Mentalism is a form of applied psychology, just as religion is a form of applied philosophy.

How do you find a good psychotherapist?
There are many styles of therapy and some may be better suited to your needs than others (ranging from CBT to psychoanalysis). There are also many therapists with different personalities and styles, some of which will be better for you than others. Make sure your therapist is accredited by the BPS or APA for example. I would personally avoid NLP's and life coaches as they do not belong to a professional accredited body and can unfortunately do more harm than good.
I've found one of the best ways to find a good therapist is through a personal recommendation from a friend. You could also discuss it with you doctor and ask for a recommendation from him.
