It's not on a track, the 1999 Regal windows have cables, therefore, you will have to replace the window motor.

you simply remove the old ones and you install the new ones. they are on the engine.

there is a plastic panel on the top of the engine (it says Hyundai). It has 4 wires going into it on the right. Unscrew the 5 bolts. You will see the 4 wires go to little suction cup looking things. the suction cup looking things pull out, but pull on the suction cup looking thing, not the wire. there is one spark plug at the bottom of each. get the correct wrench (ask your auto parts store) with an extension. take the old spark plugs out and screw the new ones in.

The 2012 Toyota Highlander has 38.3 in. of rear leg room.

Trace where the wires connect to the horn itself. They should be be able to be dis-connected.

The owners manual will have directions as to where the jack, tire and wrench are stored in the vehicle along with the correct place to put the jack so as not to damage the vehicle.

In 2008 the Toyota Highlander V-6 engine was equipped with a timing CHAIN.

The 2011 Toyota Highlander has an inline 4 engine.

2006 Toyota Highlander Brake Light Bulb Troubleshooting (check in this order):

· Check Fuse(s)

· Check Brake Bulbs - Including bad bulbs, loose connected or incorrectly installed bulbs, left, right and center high mount - 1 bad bulb or connection in the circuit can cause the entire circuit to malfunction.

· Check Turn Signal Bulbs

· Check switch on brake pedal

· Check license plate light bulb and wiring (sometimes on same circuit)

· Check trailer hitch wiring harness (sometimes on same circuit)

· Check all wiring harnesses and wiring for shorts

Most likely it's the fuse or a burnt bulb breaking the circuit. Sometimes the license plate and/or the trailer hitch is wired into other circuits and can cause issues in other areas. Sometimes its wires grounding out somewhere on the vehicle. See sources and related links below for bulb information. See owner's manual for location and identification of fuses.

Turn key on.

Set odometer to odo not trip a or b.

Turn key off.

Press and hold trip setter. With trip setter still held turn key on, continue to hold trip setter for 5 seconds.

Reset Main req light after an oil change.

**Nope, doesn't work, just tried it on 09 highlander.

1. remove the front air filter assembly. you can access the first 3 spark plugs

2. Now the kicker, to get to the other 3 you have to ask yourself do you have the time. if not have the dealer do it for you.

3. okay so you have the time, you need to remove the following:

a. Remove all hybrid covers to the right of the engine

b. Completely remove the Air Filter Assembly

c. Remove the strut tower bar (once you remove the bolts to the strut tower, you need to loosen but not remove the bolt to the left strut tower. jack-up one side of the car and remove the strut tower)

d. behind the intake manifold are 3 bolts. 1 to the right, 1 hidden behind the manifold next to the throttle body and 1 on the body itself, you need to remove these before the intake manifold will come out

e. clamp off any hoses before you remove them from the throttle body.

f. loosen the hex bolts and nuts that hold the intake manifold down and remove the intake manifold

g. make sure you you replace the O-ring gasket to the intake manifold.

You now have access to the last 3 spark plugs. Just follow the instructions in reverse for reassembly

There are 2 boxes.

The main fuses and relays are under the hood - drivers side in a rectangular black box.

The minor fuses are located in the car.

At the bottom left of the instrument panel there is a little pull-out panel.

Pull on it towards you. It will pop out - the fuses are behind it. The fuse locating map is on the backside of the little door.

It uses the same resovoir as the windshield. The fluid is piped to the rear spray via tubing.

Set the odometer to TRIP A. Turn the key off. Press and hold the ODO button. Turn the key on. Continue holding the button while the light goes through a series of flashes. When it stops flashing, turn the key off and release the button.

Turn the key back on to make sure it "took".

If it won't start, check your valet switch, also make sure you press valet switch ANY time the battery will be disconnected or you will run into a lot of blown fuses and fun resetting your security system!

Do NOT use toothpicks or small pins to stick into the spray head holes. Purchase a can of compressed air spray (available at computer or office supply stores and elsewhere). Open the hood and remove the hoses from the inlet side of the sprayheads. While the hoses are off, operate the windshield sprayers and pump fluid through the hoses to flush out any foreign matter. Then, take the can of compressed air, insert the small diameter tube, and spray the compressed air into the outlet side of the sprayheads. Give them a couple blasts of air and then re-assemble the hoses to the sprayheads and give it a test. Unless the pump itself has gotten weak, the spray should work as good as new. Be careful about letting foreign matter fall into the windshield fluid reservoir.

It is attached to the bottom of the washer reservoir. I found that the easiest way to access this was to remove the plastic wheel well.

the cabin filter is located behind the glove box, just squeeze one side at a time the side of open glove box and pull down.

I own an 02 Highlander, and sometimes I get a knock when engine is under load, like going up a hill or when accelerating. This is engine knock caused by low octane gas. When I use a mid grade or premium octane, I do not get the sound at all. .
