That completely depends on the department. All departments require you to be between the ages of 21-35 to get hired and you need to have at least a high school diploma. Most departments these days require at least 60 college credit hours. There are other qualifications such as no felony convictions, no domestic convictions, etc.

The institute says it is nationally accredited, however their accreditation is not acceptable for the majority of universities out there.

If you are looking to receive a higher education, this diploma would not be accepted. It is also listed on lot of "Unacceptable" lists for schools as a diploma mill.

Many, many colleges accept students without a High School diploma. Working with your local community college is probably your best bet if you are looking to get into college.

The entrance requirement is the same for the whole University - 2 years of foreign language.

You should have a chance of getting into a college. Apply to a few schools that you know you can get it into and a few reach schools (ones that you would like to get into but you might be stretching it to get in). If you are still in high school, there are other things that you can do besides applying smartly. Make sure you keep up your grades and raise your GPA, even if just by a little. Every bit counts.
