You can open a mpg file with Windows Media Player. The file can also be opened in Windows Movie Maker as well. Of course, you can't open it with a Mac OS unless you convert the file to a format used by the Mac system though.

Put the .avi file in a video editing software like Moviemaker, Pinnacle or Magix.

The procedure vary in every software.

There is another program called "Final Cut Pro" However it can be very hard to work with. I don't generally have much experience with Final Cut Pro, but it is another movie editing program for a Mac.

FLV stands for "Flash Video". It is a format designed for web video playback that offers high rates of compression and produces high quality video. FLV is becoming more and more popular on the web since it can easily be embedded in a webpage and is supported by the main operating systems via the Adobe Flash Player and web-browser plugin. At present, FLV is the file format widely used by some famous websites, such as YouTube, Google Video, MySpace, etc.

FLV files are composed of a video bit stream and an audio bit stream. The video bit stream that is commonly used is H.263 video standard, which is also called Sorenson Spark. The audio bit stream that is found in most Flash files is encoded as MP3. It should also be noted that FLV files support other forms of audio such as AAC and ADPCM.

If this is about filming, it is basicly the time the tape in a camera sets. Why is a timecode not helpful? If you upload the video to your computer, it will be confused because you have multiple videos on the tape. Your computer gets confused because it does not know where the tape begins and may not let you add the other video where there is a gap in between them and the first one. How Do I Work Around It? There Is A Technique Called Blacking the tape. Rewind the tape in the camera all the way to the beginning and record it with the lens cap on. let it record the entire tape length. now your timecode is set and you won't miss a second of the video you need. This means no rewinding the camera to view what you have then fast-forward and record again, you may accidentally loose some of your footage. start recording before you call "Action" This is why they really use clackers besides identifying the films this won't let you miss any of the acting or whatever wait a few seconds after you call "cut" for the same reason. Make your background in layers. After that it is possible to either a) import the .ai file into your flash stage or b) export each individual layer in Illustrator choosing the "export for web" and check the alpha channel in the export settings.

It all depends on how to compress the file. if you convert SWF to AVI with high quality then it will take more space. If you select a codec, or set the level of quality for the output file below it, and AVI file will weigh less.

You need video editing software such as Windows Movie Maker to create video. While version 2.6 Movie Maker program is bundled with Windows software, Windows Live Movie Maker is not (but can be downloaded online for free).

Windows Movie Maker also features a Burn to DVD option too.

right click the program on your desktop and click 'remove'. then click on your recycling bin and right click on the icon of the program you dont want. then click 'delete'
