Can an American green-card holder with a Brazilian passport enter Canada without a visa?
Hi! Yes Sir, you can. I am Brazilian as well and I had the opportunity to visit Toronto last year. The interesting fact is that I boarded a flight from Brazil with a stop in New York with connection to Toronto. In Brazil the People at United Air Lines did not want to allow me to proceed to Canada stating I needed a Visa. I asked them to check the Canada consulate web page on the internet. A few minutes later they allow me to board the flight. They had told me I could go to the States but tha I would have to go to a Canadian consulate and apply for a visa. Sometimes you have to teach airline porsonnel how to do their jobs. I have had to do it a couple of times. Good luck and enjoy Canada!
