Why can't a kid bench press? I coach Rugby League and some of the heavy lads struggled to do 3 or 4 press ups but they can perform light bench presses with a bar or dumbells and their press ups have also improved. Weight training when properly supervised is very good for kids.
Any amount you can do with out struggling and straining your muscles do less reps.
It would depend on how old the 'kid' is. Surely, a parent would not want their child benchpressing. But if that 'kid' is 16 or older, wouldn't it be something they could do?

im 12 i can bench press 120-130 pounds on the military press were there's no danger of a bar falling on your neck and killing you :)< which is what i suggest to use for kids to bench press

if theyre locked the whole way through then its a stiff legged deadlift which will target your lower back and hamstrings. in a proper deadlift the knees should lock out at the top of the movement.

You can do single leg squats by placing one leg back on a chair or weight bench and squat down with one leg. It works just as well as doing both legs with some weight. Good balance is needed, so be careful.

An article search on PubMed reveals that "physical activity has to be considered as an aggravating factor in the natural history of varicocele" [1] In addition, there are multiple anecdotes on on-line forums of increased swelling and pain after weightlifting. Theoretically this makes sense, because increasing the intraabdominal pressure (this is called the Valsalva maneuver) during exercise will force blood out of the abdomen and into the lower pressure area of the testicles, causing a swelling of the venous system. Theoretically, if tight underwear is worn that increases pressure in the veins of the testicle, the swelling of the varicocele may be reduced.
