How wheat is made into flour?

Wheat is basically a type of grass, with a tuft of seeds at the top.

When they're fully grown, the wheat is cut and then pretty much shaken about until the seeds fall of. The seeds are then collected and run through another machine that removes the thin shell around each seed. The core of each seed is then ground(milled) to a fine powder. And that powder is what's called flour.

Is it ok to put a wheat bag on your stomach when your pregnant?

I have been doing a fair bit of research on this subject and there is no definitive answer. Generally the consensus is that a wheat bag should not be placed on the stomach but can be used to help alleviate other kinds of pain. Most commonly back pain.

I have read one blog where a woman was using a wheat bag on her tummy to try and turn her baby round but I would not recommend it.

When using a wheat bag common sense is the best approach. If you are already feeling hot don't use one, the important thing is not to raise your body temperature or your blood pressure. Use it to ease back pain, aching calf muscles, shoulder pain etc. Don't use it continuously i.e. keep reheating it and use for several hours as it is not good for the skin and lessens the pain relief effect.

Good luck with your pregnancy.

What animal eats wheat?

Horses, cows, pigs, chickens, rabbits, turtles, birds, and many others.

However, horses, cows, pigs and rabbits only eat grain when they are fed to them by humans... usually to fatten them up. Normally they would eat leaves from pastures and other vegetables. There are no mammals who eat a significant amount of grain as part of their natural diet. That includes humans up until the last 10k years (advent of agriculture) and that quantity was still much, much lower than it was after the industrial revolution. It then grew progressively worse as low fat diets that suggested more grain were promoted by US and other governments... right in line with "the obesity crisis" and type II diabetes.

In other words... "it's for the birds"
