A cupola furnace is a tall, vertical furnace used to melt iron and other metals. It works by charging alternate layers of metal and coke (carbon fuel) through a charging door at the top of the furnace. The coke is ignited, creating intense heat that melts the metal charge, which is tapped periodically from the base of the furnace.

There are no standard tuition and fee rates for colleges and universities. Each institution will have rates particular to itself. There are a number of variables to consider to include whether the institution is public or private, the geographical location, the specific program of study (some of which have greater course and/or clinical fees), and whether the school is a two year or four year institution. Once you collect the names of some colleges and universities you have an interest in, you can then research the cost specific to those institutions.

I'm not sure which one exactly is the most expensive, but it will really depend on if you live in the state that the school is in. Out of state tuitions can jump even state run colleges over the price of private ones in the state where you reside. And as a humorous footnote, the U.S. military academies are notoriously expensive to "pay back" if you fail to obligate yourself afterwards for military service.
