Pakistan's flag is green with a crescent moon and a star that are both white, so it is one possible answer. However there are many other flags that are green and white, for both nations and other places and things.

Arkansas' state flag is red with a white diamond in the middle. The border of the diamond is a dark blue. There are stars that are white that are in the border. Inside the border there’s the white diamond. Inside the white diamond it says Arkansas in all caps and four stars that are navy blue and that is what the Arkansas flag looks like! The stars on the American flag represent the number of states in the Union. For that reason, the appearance of the American flag has changed many times over the years. The original flag, known as "Old Glory," displayed 13 stars to represent the original 13 states when the nation declared its independence from Great Britain in 1776. Today's flag has 50 stars because there are now 50 states. The last two stars were added in 1959, when Alaska and Hawaii joined the Union, bringing the number of states -- and the number of stars on the flag -- from 48 to the present 50. Union Flag, or more casually the Union Jack

The flag consists of three horizontal bands of equal width with an overall length:width ratio of 2:1. The two outer blue bands represent the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. The inner white band represents the land between the ocean and the sea and the peace and prosperity of its people. The five blue five-pointed stars arranged in an X pattern centered in the white band represent the five nations of the former Federal Republic of Central America (El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Guatemala) and the hope that the nations may form a union again.

The Federal star was originally 11-pointed but 3 more were added for Borneo states plus Singapore, but was kept when Singapore left the Union to represent Federal territories.

The silhouette of an American Bison, also known as Buffalo, is in the center of Wyoming's state flag.
