Times are indeed changing. As we see in the news, people in record numbers looking at self employment as a way going forward. With all that has been happening in the current times with the demic, one thing is clear, depending on one source of income (job) is dangerous to financial health.

It is a challenging and difficult job market in many areas. There are many overqualified people applying for jobs that only take a high school diploma.
