The Hyatt is located very close to shopping (markets and malls), culture as well as clubs a variety of diners and so on. The Hyatt Regency in Kolkatta has a very westernized ambiance and the staff (in my experience) are always delighted to help and make corrections if there is a need. I stayed there for 8 weeks on business, and racked up over 50k Hyatt points. They have about 2 or 3 restaurants and a pretty nice buffet. I would highly recommend to try some of the less expensive restaurants in the area as a lot are clean and extremely cheap. For instance 8 adults ate for about $40 US. Thanks!
