I have wondered the same thing.

My 3 year old twin daughtershave eczema. This led us eventually to an allergist. As a child I had milk, soy, bean, egg, and a litany of other allergies long since forgotten. It was my own curiosity that had me have them tested...mainly for milk and soy allergies.

They came back clear for that. However tested positive for egg white, corn, malt, pineapple, peanuts, and a few others.

So with the removal of the family pet and the bulk of the allergens in the house, one of the twins cleared up. Almost completely. She develops a spot or two but doesn't give her much trouble.

The other twin just continues to get worse. The only egg product she gets are in baked goods and I'm looking for a way to elminate that. Peanuts weren't difficult to eliminate at all. Corn is difficult. Very difficult because they love it....corn cereal, corn bread, corn in and of itself.

We discovered pineapple and kiwi on our own but she tesed negative for oranges.

Anyhow, I'm stumped by the malt. I'm not sure what I should be elminating. Malt, malted barley, malted vinegar, maltodexterine????

So I'm with you....if someone has an answer I'm begging you to share.

well it kinda depends on if you have really bad allergies or not. like idon't have that bad of allergies so i take claritin clear, but if you have bad allergies you would take somthing like zertec.

The value of this is that mast cells are able to produce and allergic reaction and this attracts macrophages and other WBC's which ensure that the potentially harmful substance is isolated and distroyed. The body sees the positive aspect of removing the potentially harmful substance as more important than the negatives associated with inflammation.

It might not be the dog itself. It may be dander, dust, mites and other invisible pests caused by the addition of the dog and it may have taken this long for the "uninvited guests" to get out of control. Get an air purifier, change the filters in the furnace and bathe the dog on a regular basis.

inbreeding is esentially just your dog having maybe bad dna, then breeding with someone so close that they have that same bad gene and their pups get the bad gene cuz there's no way to cancel it out with the blood lines so close. inbreeding doesn't CAUSE anything, but if allergies were in the family blood, there's a great chance the dogs will have them.

The precaution is that the effectiveness of the adderall and/or the antihistamine may be reduced when the medicines are taken together.
