An Actualator in AI is an Intelligent Agent's means of affecting it's environment.

It could be a motor for a robotic arm on a robot, or it could be a function written in programming language that causes a computer opponent to antagonize the player in a video game.

By the way, an Intelligent Agent is any vessel for AI, so it could be a robot, a computer program.

An AGI is a variety of artificial intelligence - Artificial General Intelligence - a hypothetical machine which could successfully perform any intellectual task that a human being could.

In a way, they are. But it depends on the circumstances. Most of the things we use on a daily basis are made by machines, this helps speed up the process and thus makes the companies more money. The outcome is generally much better, too. The same goes for operations. Though, a machine is just as liable to make as mistake. Humans have emotion, we fear things, we tremble when scared or feel like somethings going wrong. Machines, however, don't have any emotion.

Different tasks in engineering problem solving require different computation tools. Artificial intelligence techniques, as a tool, provide the capability to the program to solve complex problems by extracting ideas from data of a knowledge-base usually a database using a domain oriented set of rules in a manner that a human brain archives decision-making process to come up with a comprehensible solution. Expert systems are profession specialized programs. They are artificial intelligent systems but are inclined to only one area of professionalism. Artificial intelligence unlike conventional programs which concentrate on what data to analyze to come up with a solution, they concentrate on how an expert makes choices when faced with a professional challenge and why he/she makes such choices. Depending on the context, a foreign intelligence service is either an intelligence service that specialises in foreign intelligence (as opposed to security intelligence), or an intelligence service that belongs to a foreign country. The latter shouldn't require any more explaining, however I'll go into more detail about the former: Foreign Intelligence is intelligence that relates to foreign entities, whereas security intelligence pertains to domestic security issues. However, this should not be taken to mean foreign intelligence = overseas, security intelligence = domestic. Both kinds of services generally do both overseas and domestic operations, although usually for different purposes. This inevitably leads to a small degree of crossover (such as Counterterrorism or Counterintelligence), which often results in rivalry between agencies (MI5 vs MI6, for example).

simple hill climbing uses evaluation function i.e evaluation of goal state & finding of better state, these 2 things can be done through heuristic knowledge, where as steepest ascent hill climbing have three major problem states i.e. local maximum, palteau & ridge which can be overcome by backtrack, jump, move several direction @ same time respectively & according to me steepest ascent hill climbing is extend version of simple hill climbing. if my whole concept is wrong let me know.
