You switch the ignition power switch off, then press the odometer trip button. Hold it down and turn the ignition switch back on. All the time holding down the odometer button for 3-4 seconds. That clears the change oil message and resets the "change oil" interval to "0". So you're good for another 600 miles.

open the two covers where the valve are make sure while rotating the engine that the valves are in close open position when the sign is tdc
close the valve screw gently to max and open quarter round out for the inlet and one third out for the ex valve

Drive belts are not adjusted on a BRP Outlander, or any of the Bombardier atv's for that matter. If your machine is creeping in gear and hard to shift from reverse to forward and back it is most likely the one way bearing(the engine braking mechanism on the primary clutch) that is dirty and needs to be cleaned and lubricated with isoflex grease,(grease skidoo uses to lubricate the outside pto and mag bearing on the 2 stroke crankshafts) Its expensive grease but it works very well.
