Depending on where you live and the time of year choose something fun like a carnival, theme park or zoo...it's a time to celebrate the little girl becoming a woman so it's a great idea to show her saying goodbye to childish ways and embracing a new mature approach to the things she loved as a girl. Use her personality: does she like music, find a teen club. Does she have a hobby like hiking, swimming, then find a great indoor rock climbing place or pool area. The point is have fun!

I was so upset because i didn't want to leave!! We stayed 5 nights and next time i will definitely stay longer. I regret making the trip so short. By far I was most impressed with the service at iberostar. Jamaicans are the friendliest people I have ever met, not only at the resort, but in the town too! I have to admit, after researching this trip i was a little nervous before we left because people were making it sound like you have to be extremely careful in Jamaica and the people are shady and unfriendly. However I was amazed how friendly everybody was! yes, like any other country you have to be careful, but Jamaica has been underestimated. If i could go back to iberostar tomorrow, I would. I have been to the iberostar in Cozumel and it was fabulous, but I enjoyed Jamaica more. The friendly staff made the most difference. They do whatever they have to please you. For example, my friend forgot her camera charger, and Michelle talked to the staff and found a staff member who had the same camera charger and let her use it. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The flower arrangements are stunning. The lobby is huge and their are alot of delicious drinks. I loved everyone of the restaraunts. All the staff works so hard, so if you go, make sure to compliment them. Each time we did, they got huge smiles on their faces. They just want to please you. Make sure to tip before you leave, a couple of dollars means so much to them. The minimum wage is about 8 u.s. dollars a DAY in Jamaica, anything helps. The Japanese restaraunt was excellent, i had a blast watching them cook right in front of me. The Cajun and steak were delicious too. The buffet is huge and everything is so good! We stayed in a ocean view room and it was stunning, i highly recommend paying a little extra to stay in one of the rooms. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean every morning. The beds are the most comfortable resort/hotel beds I have slept on. The resort was very very clean, their were always workers cleaning the pool, raking the sand on the beach, and cleaning the floors. Like every resort it had a couple of glitches to. For example we wanted to go diving but the dive center wasn't open and won't be for a while, because they are waiting on customs to clear all their equipment. But once it opens it is going to be very nice. It was just and inconvenience to go into town when we could of dove straight from the resort. The mosquito's were bad, so make sure to bring off and keep the doors closed to the room. Since iberostar is kind of far from town the taxi is expensive. We went to margaritaville on the last night, and the taxi was thirty dollars each way. So if you go into town i would recommend going with about six people (the taxi's are vans) and split the cost. The last thing is that the food was so good and i ate so much that i gained five pounds. haha it was totally worth it though. lol.

I know of no prohibition on gathering loose shells. There may be restrictions on taking shells which are in situ in a geological deposit, for it may be an important marker bed. This however, would be unusual.

the sun fades it, so does tanning bed and clorine water. also if you dont take care of it, you have to treat it as an open wound.

the beach at knott end is fairly safe, but you have to watch out for the tide coming in because when it comes in it can come in really fast

Most beaches have rules about hours of operation and whether or not camping is allowed. Every beach is different. Most state owned beaches do not allow camping overnight.
