That's not a sustainable loss rate.

In order to lose 50lbs in only 8 weeks you have to do alot of work. It is possible but you will have to really work at it. First of all you will need to cut out all sugar and most of the fat you consume and salt also no dairy or a very limited amount. You basically need to do this plan. Breakfast: 3 egg white omelette and 6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)(blueberries or rasberries or blackberries will do) snack: 2 to three hours later. 2 oz more protein and 1 cup of green veggies.(salad does not count) Lunch: 3 oz of lean white meat either ground turkey, turkey breast, chicken breast, or fish and 1cup brown rice or small potato with 1tsp of sugar free salsa. and 1cup green veggies. another snack same as first dinner: same as lunch evening snack protein and berries drink at least 64 oz of water excercize. do 30 minutes alternating. 1min jumping jack, 1min skipping, gallup for 1min, jump on mini trampoline for 10 min(this rids your body of cellulite) ride a stationary bike for 45 min. Use 3lb weights to do arm lifts, hold the weights in hands above head with elbow at a 90 degree angle. then lift weight straight over head. do 100 to 200 reps. do plies' : stand with feet shoulder length apart toes pointed out. with hands on hips and back straight slowly bent knees until thighs are parallel to floor. crunches 30 to 60 a day. and leg lifts. lay on your back with arms to your sides and lift your legs at a 90 degree angle and back down do 100 reps. increase cardio by 5 min each week. also take b12, calcium, magnesium, chromium, 5htc, and L-glutomine.(helps with sugar cravings) I swear by this it is hard but if you follow it for 8 weeks you will lose 50lbs and be on your way to the best shape of your life.

Firstly you should know that you have 2 forms of cardio : high intensity cardio and low intensity, if you want to lose weight you will practice high intensity, High intensity cardio is simple to do, you don't need to plan anything in advance, just jump on a treadmill, running track, bicycle etc and perform intervals (2 minutes normal speed, 30 seconds sprinting, return to normal speed, repeat).

Believe me you will lose weight, after I can't tell you exactly how many you will lose because depend of the time you will spend to exercises, but don t forget that without a proper diet even if you practice your cardio you will lose anything !
