it all depends on your height. I am a 6th grad girl and I'm 5ft 3in, i weigh 109lbs. that is what the Doctor says i should way. it also depends on what sports you do. 1 of my friends does volley ball and is the same height as me an weighs like 120lbs and the doctor said she is the perfect weight. another 1 of my friends that is the same height as me is a competitive dancer and weighs 72lbs. talk 2 your Dr about your weight if you are concerned about it.

it depends on height. i am 6th grade girl. I am 5ft 3in, I weigh 90 pounds. It depends on the girl. You are special the way you are. You are not "supposed' to weigh a certain weight. If you are not average heigt or weight, Be invidual and be different!

When he does, I prefer not to sit him on the potty or have him stool on the toilet, wait till he is tall enough to stand without a stool,

Give him a bucket outside to pee in or pose him to a tree or bush, you should also teach him to pee in the shower and bath, it actually cleans your body and it is sorta fun.

There is no "normal" height! My son has always been tall and thin, but weighs alot due to muscle mass. He is about 3'6.5 as of this morning...thats 42.5 inches and he turns 3 next month. He weighed in at 43lbs also! As long as your child is gaining weight and height proportionally everything is fine!

Well, I'm not too sure why you'd be feeding your baby toilet paper, but no toilet paper can not kill your baby, it may just make it sick. Cellulose or plant fiber is the main ingredient of toilet paper. It cannot be digested by humans but in small quantities should pass with no problems. It is the pulp that is found in fibrous plants. Any vomiting, constipation, abdominal distention, or abdominal pain warrants a trip to the ER. Just want to add that your baby will have at least 3 - 4 years of putting things into their mouths or up their nose! LOL The worst time is teething time and babies love to feel of certain things on their sore gums. Toilet paper (a small bit) should be fine and pass through the digestive system as the above poster stated. Get baby proof bars for the lower cupboard doors where you keep your cleaners and the bathroom is the worst place that you have to keep your baby out of. If you phone your poison control they will give you a pamphlet of what to do if your baby should ingest anything poisonous until the ambulance gets there. Watch your baby out in the backyard during playtime. My girlfriend years ago had her son out in the backyard and he ate half a slug! Because people here in B.C. put slug bait out I was worried this slug could have crawled through some of it so I got her to give her son a little milk (to coat his stomach and contain the contents for a short time) and to put the the other half of the slug in a jar and phoned I phoned the ambulance. Thankfully everything was just fine.

Teenagers like us can stay healthy by exercising. We can get ourselves engaged in an activity that involves movement. One good example is running or jogging. We can also go out with friends for a friendly match of badminton, or even bowling. Lastly, we have to have a balanced diet everyday for us to stay healthy.

Yes. Any abnormal temperature in a baby (even 10 months old) deserves worry. At 101.3 a baby aspirin may take care of it, but you need to watch the child closely. Something is causing that fever and it may or may not subside with an aspirin. If finances are an extreme problem, you could give the child a cool (not cold or ice) bath if the aspirin doesn't work (or in addition to the aspirin) but watch the child closely and you may have to take it to the hosp. or emergency room if it doesn't come down and stay down. You can worry about the money end of it later. Hospitals will take small payments, so long as you keep them coming. Good luck!

In my opinion, you stop being a kid when you slowly feel more mature. At around 16, you find that your hobbies are different, you play different sports, and you stopped liking some jokes. Like your a different more mature person who isn't as active and won't fall into trouble as often. I am 13 so I still have a while to go!

It depends on the circumstances. My four, nearly five, year old understood the concept, but this was where a parent was involved. Yet my seven year old nephew did not understand and to this day still doesn't. It also depends on whether the child understands the concept of death or not as I believe this is the problem my nephew faced. I also know that at three years a child will definitely not understand as the chances are they still don't understand death as meaning someone is gone.

Here is a scenario 2 mothers went to a grocery store with their children and all the mothers must rush home to make dinner and the mothers are running an hour late. Let's call the mothers A and B.

Mother A before driving to the store, at home she took the time to explain to her 4 year old child that if he behave and does not run around the store then when they are done shopping he will pick out a small toy from the store to take home (even though she did not want to sped the time explaining her child she did). When explaining she made eye contact and really dedicated the 5 minutes only to him to go over the rules. She also told the child he can help put things in the cart to make things fun.

Mother B on the way to the store in the car she tells her child if you run around in the store you will be punished or spanked and you will have no toys to play with I will take them away. We don't have to run around we must get home to make dinner I'm late. You must be good.

Now you are at the store with all the mothers and their kids. You see mother A with her child and the child sees the toy he wants so he is getting a bit uneasy but she reminds him of the deal she maid with him. The child does not want to wait and wants the toy she stops and tells him lets finish up here we only have a few things that we need and we will go back to get your toy. In the mean time you can help me put things in the cart and we can sing a song. And the child does not want to wait but he does, and eventually he gets his toy.

Mother B with her kid. Her kid runs around the store and she is yelling at him come here. I told you are not going to get toys, and she tries to get him under control but she has a hard time with that.

Mother A child gets reassurance and he is spoken to in a different way then mothers B child. Mother B child gets threatened the toys will be taken away and etc.. How ever the child does not know how to behave because it's not shown to him. He sees the mother act and yell in the store at him so now he know that's the way we act when we need attention or wants to communicate.

Children watch us adults and they mimic everything we do. And yes parenting does play a big roll in children's behavior. So we need to look at our self before we expect our children to be angels. We need to give them time even when we are in a rush instead of five minutes take two. It makes a deferent's of the world.
