How do you remove a wiper arm on a 1995 Chrysler Concorde?
I just did this on my car (same make/model/year). To remove the arm you will need to use a little force. You will notice first a hose with a join in the middle where the arm meets the cowel of the car (the plastic vent shaped piece right by the base of the wind shield). This hose is how the windshield solution is delivered to the wiper arm. You want to pull this hose apart right at the join, it should come apart.
Now you need to remove the arm itself. There is a metal mushroom shaped piece that comes out of the car, the wiper arm slips over the head of this mushroom. The metal tab which is attached to the wiper arm (that slipped on) simply slides under the bottom of the mushroom head to keep it from coming off. You need to pull this tab out to remove the arm from the mushroom head. This tab is not always easy to move.
I used a screw driver to gently pry the tab downward (toward the cowel) so it would come loose. Once loose I slid the tab out (it doesn't come out completely, just partially) until I saw a small hole in the tab piece. Then I pried the arm off the mushroom head using a fulcrom and a lever combined with a gentle twisting and pulling motion. It came off this way.

It probably hasn't fallen off the track. The part of the window regulator that attaches to the window is probably broken. Mine did the same thing. I took the window and regulator out of the car and epoxied the part back together and then reinstalled it. Been over a year now and still working fine.

you need to replace the stop solenoid on the top of the fuel pump if it is a lucas pump. I had the same problem, but they are are fantastic price, ie £72 plus vat from main dealer, so shop around or get one from a breakers. mine started without having to bleed the system, but you might have to. do it quick and it should be ok, be careful not to get the threads crossed it is fiddly. Why might a 2001 Kia Sportage not start?
Mine did the same thing. Took it it Kia service center, after three days of them putting in parts, such as new fuel pump and tank, starter etc. they found out that a little relay, buried somewhere but very important to running, was not working. They replaced that and ran good since. Thank God it was still under warrenty so I paid for no labor or the new parts that they left in. My 2001 Sportage also did not start. I tried everything and finally paid $80 to have a garage put it on a computer. They told me the ECM (electronic control module - THE BRAIN) was bad. They also told me that part is covered under warranty by some Federal thing and Kia replaced it FREE OF CHARGE! They also paid for the towing of the vehicle to the dealership. The car is 5 yrs. old and they still covered it.
