Which has greater resistance to transmission errors Binary signaling or Analog signaling?
digital signals (usually binary coded) can include extra information that can be used for error detection or even correction. this allows recovery of the original signal, either by requesting retransmission or by directly correcting the error.
analog signals can't include any extra information needed for this purpose. it is impossible to distinguish an error from the original data.

Is a minor in Robotics and mechatronics good if you are majoring in Computer Engineering?

Local Area Network card.
It is necessary so you can connect to Broadband connections.
They are very inexpensive and are easily replaced, even if you have onboard LAN, just put a new card in one of your expansion slots and let it configure.
Make sure to go into your network connections in Control Panel and disable the bad one first.
What do you use to store things onto the A drive on a computer?

What is the definition for an input and output machine?
An input device is a device which is used by the user to enter data into the computer system.
An output device is a device which is used by the computer to send data back to the user in a way that the user can understand.
It is possible for a device to be both an input and output device simultaneously. For example a force-feedback joystick takes input from the user, but also communicates to the user with a series of vibrations or force-actions.
In the kin of electronics, breadboards are used for experimental testing of circuits. Once a circuit is laid out on the board, components can be easily added or taken out of the circuit. No soldering is required on the board as there are specialized clips that hold the components firmly. Once the circuit is tested and works the way it was designed to a PC board is designed to take the components
The computers primary function of the BIOS is to turn the cooling fan on?
No.
The BIOS (Basic Inputs Output System) initially 'boot's the computer. You know how the computer turns on, then beeps? Before that beep, it is doing a 'POST" (Power On Self Test), a very rudimentary test that makes sure all computer peripherals are working. CPU, Motherboard, RAM, storage controller, video, etc.
If it passes, it gives the single all-clear 'Beep!' If there's a problem, it will produce a beep code to inform you what went wrong.
It will then initialize and configure your computer based on the CMOS settings, such as what speed the processor, RAM, and videocard run at.
Then it boots the operating system from a storage device.
It also, behind the scenes, manages many of the more basic hardware functions of the computer.
Without the BIOS, no computer would work.
What is ES damage of computer components?
ES stands for "Electric Static". When there is static around a component, a short current runs through it. However, when the static discharge is removed, it causes corruption or data loss just like what would happen if you force your PC to shut down.
a megabyte is more than a kilobyte it goes bit byte kilobyte megabyte gigabyte then terabyte a megabyte is 1024 kilobytes
What is the difference between URL and USB?

Can the main computer in a wireless network see pages browsed by a computer connected by wifi?
If you possess specialized software, you can do what ever you want if you have access to the network's router.
Well first off I would ask the question "how large is the company and what are it's LAN needs besides developing software." but some of the major LAN equitment I know you would need is a server for AD so that way they get permissions form a centralized point. But then you got to ask yourself do you want to have a SAS or a NAS. I would personal go with a NAS just because it is a network attached storage (backup). Then you have to look at networking equitment right?? well like the question I said you should ask. how large is the network and what are cost constraints? If it is only 5 users and you dont want to spend a lot of money then a hub would would, but if it is larger or you have more you can spend go with a swith (improved LAN speeds). or maybe you'll choose wireless for all your computers. but regardless of what you choose you need a router if your going to get on the internet. So a router is a definate. but if you have a small network and a COX like connection then you can live with a SOHO router which will work fine. and of course a modem.
So it really all depends on the need of the network.
IDE is a connection standard in computing. The pins refer to the ends of the cable used to connect devices (usually hard drives).
