That depends entirely on what is wrong with it. You need to have the system checked for codes. You can then diagnose the causes of the code. Most parts for the electronic throttle system are not repairable, they must be replaced if faulty.

Its on the transmission the 02 sensor is bad mine did the same thing on my 91 its easy to fix cost like 20 bucks.

You Need to Heat The nut up and use a Impact. I had the same problem I broke a breaker bar trying to break it loose. But the i got a torch and impact and it came right off. The Nut Takes a 1 11/16" socket

You'll need to disconnect the motor mounts, lift the engine about 6 inches, remove the pan (after you remove the oil would be best) then the oil pump will be visible. Be aware however that if you have low oil pressure it's probably not a problem with the oil pump. You could pull a bearing cap and look at the surface. If the bearing material (babbit) is worn off, you probably need an engine rebuild to solve your problem. Just a suggestion, take it for what it's worth; before pulling the engine apart try changing to a heavier grade oil. If you've been using 5W15, change to a 10W30 or even a 15W40. If the bearings are worn but not totally gone you will be able to get a lot more life out of the engine. The recommended oil is great for a new engine but once it's been around the block a few times stuff starts to wear out. Using a heavier grade oil can help you get some more miles out of it. BTW, if that solves your problem, there is nothing wrong with your oil pump. If you don't want to change your oil right now you could try a little STP or other oil thickener to see if that helps. The principle is the same.

I am sure your trans level is fine this is very normal problem with 46re transmission cold weather equals thick oil which makes higher pressure, until warmed up then pressure decreases, no noise its a valve body issue there is no real fix and there is no real problem either

Buy another one because Dodge sucks. They have a design problem and never did a recall to replace their problem. We need a class action suit!!
