Who is more powerful the Phoenix or the dragon?
Since both are mythologic creatures, we can not be sure. Someone from the Chinese culture would most likely say the dragon is more powerful, and vice versa. There are many types of Dragons also, some more powerful then others. I simply used the Chinese dragon as and example. In my opinion Dragons seem more powerful. They raze villages and are usually shown as having magic. The phoenix as far as I am concerned Is never mentioned destroying things like the Dragon is often doing.
the phoenix is a sign of peace an it can be reborned through its ashes
The phoenix is more powerful because :
1.Not so common (really there are 1000 or more types of dragons ).There is just 1 TRUE Phoenix.
2.Can revive/reborn ....
3.Is made out of FLAMES so the dragon's fire will do no harm to the phoenix.
4.Mystical
5.Nicer name
6.u tell more
The Dragon is more powerful Physical.
The Phoenix is more powerful Magical.
So it matters if you mean Physical, or Magical.
Dragons can live for thousands of years, can teach people, communicate through our minds, and Eternal Dragons are even wiser and do not die unless killed. Dragons dislike violence but if they decide to fight they can breathe fire (or ice/mist, depending on type), attack with their horns, their tails, can fly, and can probably do a lot of mental destruction.
Dragons are more powerful, skill and wisdom wise.

Where does the leafy sea dragon live on endless ocean?
BadCat from conservative-alliance.oli.us, responding.
Our forum has a nature section and I was just preparing to post on this curious little creature when a search for a decent pic lead me to this question.
The Leafy Sea Dragon is found only in the shallows off the southern coast line of Australia.
In shape, they resemble the Chinese Dragons depicted in the customary festivals of that land.
In colour, they have yellow/green body striping, and leaf-like body appendages that allows them to blend almost invisibly with their sea grass surroundings.
When they 'swim' their movements perfectly mimic the motion of drifting sea weed.
They grow as large as 17 inches in length.
They eat tiny mysid shrimp.
And the males carry the egg sacks of the unborn along the length of their tails.

What is the oldest existing organisation?
The Roman Catholic Church is the oldest continuously operating entity with an identifiable structure. Verifiably, the first pope was Linus (after Peter, anyway), who took office in AD 64 or 67, depending upon the source. The office of the papacy as the head of the church has not been left vacant since that time. I mention the Roman Catholic Church because there is dispute concerning the role of the leadership in Rome during the early church, particularly among the Orthodox. However, the Roman bishop, or pope, was unquestionably the patriarch of the western church. Thus, disputes over Peter's papacy aside, the central structure of the Roman church has existed for about 1950 years at this point. Orthodox churches cannot lay claim to this age, if only because their episcopates have been overrun at times, particularly due to Muslim conquest. More specifically, the more ancient sees that were on par with Rome (Alexandria, Antioch, Jerusalem, and Constantinople), either did not exist as early as Rome (Constantinople), or disappeared before the turn of the millennium (all of the rest).
No secular institution can come even close to such longevity (governmental or otherwise). The U.S. presently has the oldest continuously operating government at about 225 years, though some claim that Iceland has had a continuously operating parliament for about 1100 years. As for other religions, Hinduism, the world's oldest known religion, has no institutional structure, as such. Judaism, another of the world's oldest religions, has had its institutional structure destroyed at several points in time, notably during the Babylonian exile, and again after the Roman destruction of the temple in 67 AD. Modern Judaism is divided (as it has been for over 2000 years), and does not share a common institutional structure with its historical predecessors.
