Theoretically, yes. If you have a balance in your verified PayPal account you should be able to spend it freely.

As you are looking to spend a large sum, though, you might expect that some temporary restriction will be placed on your spending until PayPal have verified that it is you doing the buying and not someone who has gained access to your account.

To buy on e-bay you need a Pay Pal account I do believe you need a credit card to register on Pay Pal. You do not have to use it you can pay direct from your banking account. You need to register your banking account too and Pay Pal will

verify this ( it takes about 3-4 days if you have on line banking) or you must wait until your next bank statement (they deposit small amounts in the account) and they ask you you to enter it in a field.

But you can use your credit card to pay for something at any time.

Look in your classified telephone directory under headings such as "safety equipment" or "safety supply." In the larger cities you will probably find one or more companies that sell this sort of equipment to the industrial market. They may not have brick and mortar shops, because they sell through sales people who visit their customers.

There are some sellers that can be trusted on eBay to buy an iPhone from. You will need to check the sellers reviews to be sure they are legit. If the seller has bad reviews, do not purchase from them.

Delivery times: For Express Mail, USPS lists the shipping time as "Overnight to most areas". But, providing the zip-codes for the two locations, USPS shows a "Service Commitment" of 2 Days.

For Priority Mail, using the zip-codes for the two locations, USPS shows delivery time of 2 days. It is usually accurate within one day. Priority Mail delivery can take from 3 to 5 days, and in isolated cases it can take longer. There is no guaranteed delivery time for Priority Mail.

Go to eBay and do some searches. Such as "Bermuda Bell", "Carriage Bell", Streecar Bell", or "Cable Car Bell". They do show up but not a lot.
