No, that is not possible. An eBay auction can run for 1,3,5,7 or 10 days, but once you have made the selection and submitted your listing, the duration cannot be extended.

The reason for this is because it's illegal to export such items without first acquiring authorization under ITARS (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). ITARS applies not only to arms, but also to firearm components, military materiel, and dual use technologies, and requires an end user agreement for export. It's a rather complicated process, and really more hassle than an Ebay seller is willing to go through to ship on protective mask.
If you have any military surplus shops in your area, you'd be better off to check there, or even consider non-US made protective masks, which you might find more accessible.

The eBay item number is always a twelve digit number and is always marked as being the item number.
You might need to hunt around the listing to find it because they do tend to move it around whenever the page is revamped, although it is normally somewhere towards the top of the item listing page. Currently, it is at the top of the description, immediately above the item specifics section.
It's always easiest to contact the seller, but that looks like it could be a USPS tracking number. Did you check with them?

eBay itself doesn't ship or deliver anything. Shipping is done through services such as UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Services. Whether anything is delivered on certain holidays depends on the companies' policies.
On eBay, you are able to purchase, bid, or watch an item that you want to buy. When doing this, it's good to have a PayPal account. Otherwise, you can use your credit or debit card. You must be very careful, though nothing has happened to me on there.

I think you should ask refund from him, if he refuses, you can complain with ebay.
Most sellers on EBay are honest people who are trying to provide a service, but there are always a few bad apples. Always check the sellers feed back before buying anything to see how they handle disputes.
If you have a friend in a country where it can be shipped to, this is an option.
If you can't receive the item you purchased, he should not be entitled to keep your money. But! It is not the sellers fault the item can't be delivered - so the most fair way to handle this may be to compromise - ask for a refund but offer to allow the seller to keep a restocking fee. If the seller has already mailed the item - he is out the amount paid for shipping - he is entitled to be paid for shipping (if his money was spent). If the item has been mailed, you may have to wait for him to get the package back, before being refunded - which may be some time.
I haven't used EBay since they made all the changes - but seller-buyer feedback was very important to most sellers. If he does not respond to your email and he refuses to compromise - let him know you made your purchase in good faith and you have no choice but to give him very negative feedback if you do not hear from him in 24 hours ( or whatever seems fair to you.)
EBay has a complaint process, also if you paid by Pay-Pal you should contact them too.
If you paid by credit card you may be able to get a refund from your CC company if all else fails, they will at least freeze the payment to the seller until you reach a compromise.
