It is difficult to get Facebook to act on these cases, but it is possible. Here are some things you can do:
It can take months for Facebook to do anything about it, and they won't tell you if they have done or even intend to do anything. Facebook does not have any telephone support. If you want fast results and are willing to pay for it, you can get a lawyer to send them a snail-mail letter (containing the links of the impostor and the real profiles, of course) demanding a take-down. See the attached link for other ways to contact Facebook.
What are examples of exemplification paragraphs?
An exemplification paragraph is a paragraph in which you start off with a general topic sentence and then give examples to emphasize more about the topic.
Which Mafia Wars jobs give you soccer balls?
all of the jobs except for london. (i got mine in moscow)
Not even going to put an "ORIGINAL ANSWER" in this, it was just so immature.
Basically, the fan spins, creating an artificial wind. The wind keeps you cool in hot days or can act like a propeller for a bi/triplane, or as a jet engine. Fans may be extremley dangerous. (Jets engines can suck you in and brutally kill you.)
Can someone sue another person if they do not live in the same state?
Yes, they can, but the court must have jurisdiction over the defendant (the person you sue). In general, the court will have jurisdiction if the defendant has some connection to the state you are suing in such that it is reasonable for the defendant to be forced into court in that state. For example, the defendant has a business in the state, or the lawsuit is about a product that the defendant sold in the state, or something the defendant did in his state had a predictable (and harmful) effect in the state where the lawsuit is brought.
You cannot sue a person in a state where that person has absolutely no connection (e.g., doesn't live here, has never been here, has no business connection here, etc.). Think of it this way: If the defendant injured you somehow in Nevada, you couldn't sue him in California (unless he or she lived in California too). But if a defendant standing in Nevada shot you with a gun and the bullet hit you in California, you could sue the defendant in California because the defendant intentionally caused harm in California, creating the necessary connection to the state.
In federal court you can sue a person in another state. This is because there is a type of jurisdiction particular to federal courts that is cdalled "diversity jurisdiction". This refers to the fact that the federal court is consideered to be the neutral territory for suit between citizens of different states. It dates back to an old their that courts in one state would be prejudiced against litigants from other states.
Another aspect of jurisdiction is "personal jurisdiction". This refers to the concept that a defendant must be served with precess (i.e. the summons and complaint) do that the court has jurisdiction over them. This is considered to be a due proce3ss right in that the person being sued has knowledge of the suit and is given the chance to defend.
Do you need a Facebook account to join Pinterest?
No, a Facebook account is not required.
You can sign up with either Facebook, Twitter or your email address.
Does uploading cost any money?
Generally not. The "bandwith" used in uploading my cost the owner of the site if it goes over a certain amount, since uploads and downloads both consume bandwith, but those that upload or download are not charged.
How would you evaluate the effect of social institutions in curbing deviant behaviour in society?
I wouldn't give it a high evaluation at all (doesn't work well) and I wouldn't believe everything I read about it or talked about it and would really want to get down to brass tacks and see for myself if these social institutions actually work (and I highly doubt it) because the law is lax, prisons full, health care poor. It would give one a more indepth view of what could be changed in the future reguarding the system.
Can you negotiate with creditors to change the reporting of settled accounts?
Yes, you can negotiate with anyone about anything.
Whether or not the creditors will comply with your wishes, especially considering that the accounts are long since "settled" is a completely different matter.
If you are considered paying your settled debts in full for purposes of your conscience or to honor the receiving of future wealth, then good for you! If you are considering making these payments in order to boost your credit scores, then I suggest looking into other factors that may be having a larger impact on your scores.
These factors included ANYTHING that has taken place on your accounts within the past 12 months, (history accounts for 35% of your score), The amount of credit available to you (open revolving accounts), how long you have had credit, and the number of inquiries on your credit report.
Can you tell what are of a can by looking at it?
I assume you meant to say, "Can you tell what a can is by looking at it?"
Yes you can. Aluminum cans have a distinct shape.
