I examined carefully many fast food restaurant nutrition facts and by far the healthiest fast food restaurant is very simply Montana's there portions may look big but it is extremely astonishing how very little calorie content it is and for the vitamins it is absolutely amazing! so if you want to go somewhere healthy to eat go to montana's.

Sesame Seed. In one show, the secret sauce is red, but tarter sauce is yellow and sea horse relish is white, so both are out. Thousand Island Dressing can't look red, so slim chance. In another show, a line said sesame seed was in the recipe, so that's the secret ingredient.

Yes, McDonald's chicken nuggets are really chicken, breaded and heavily seasoned, in approximately the same sense that hamburger patties are really beef.

An old Wendy's commercial made a joke about it.
