Will a burst blood vessel in the penis heal itself?

In almost all cases, yes it will. Ice pack it for the first day or two -- ice 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off, a few times a day. If there's a lot of pain, any distortion in shape other than minor swelling, or any occlusion to the urethra, or anything else that worries you, call for a medical consultation -- otherwise it'll heal by itself.

I have stepped on a honey locust thorn and can't tell if I got it all out it is painful and I can not put any pressure on it is it just swollen or is something probably in their?

I don't know when you posted this but I did the same thing a year ago and it took quite a while for the pain to go away. My guess is that there is something in the honey locust needle that is an irritant. I also thought there was something still in my foot, that's how bad it hurt. What really helped while my foot was getting better was to wear shoes that had a thick rubber sole. I have a pair of Land's End clogs with the canvas upper and a super thick rubber sole, they were the only shoes I was comfortable in. I still wear them to this day when I go out in my pasture (which is where I got the injury) just in case, the needles don't go through it sole. Hope this helps, good luck.
