One way might be to replace the Stabilizer Bars with ones from an Aspire. There are articles on the internet describing how to do it.

It's under the rear seat inside the gas tank.

Yes. body parts, interior parts and most motor componets are interchangeable.

However, the 94 Probe is an OBD-I and the 97 Probe is an OBD-II so there are additional sensors on the 97 Probe to consider if swapping motors/wire harnesses, etc.

Depends on the year, but for a 90' festiva you can get them for $30 on rockauto. this is for a remanufactured part.

there are 2 marks on the main crank pully. if you have fuel injection, there is a single plastic wedge just to the left and above the pully. if you use carboration, there is a plastic gauge on the right side with timing marks. both are plastic and are part of the timing belt cover. the sticker under the stock hood should indicate where your marks should be when properly timed. also, if you are adjusting timing, make sure you ground the STI connector located near the break booster. it should be a single wire connector with a yellow/BLACK wire. hope this helps ...{ASMDEMON}

The cast aluminum part where the top radiator hose attaches to your engine is called the thermostat housing, it is just under the distributor. If you remove the two bolts holding the thermostat housing on to the engine block, break the gasket seal and remove the housing just sitting inside the block you will find the thermostat. Drop the thermostat into a pot of boiling water on the stove, if it does not open it needs replacing. You will also need a new gasket for the thermostat housing before reassembling.

Unless it is about simply replacing or adjusting the clutch cable, replacing the clutch involves removing transmission out, which means taking the axles out etc.

Every vehicle needs GOOD spark & PROPER fuel pressure to run. When the car won't start you should check for both. Get the spec for fuel pressure as some vehicles won't run if it's out by a little bit. Also use a spark checker to check to make sure the spark is strong enough. If both are o/k more diagnostics are needed. Maybe get it checked by a shop and even if you want to fix it yourself you can pay them to diagnose the proble then take it home & fix it yourself.

The white and red is your constant (yellow), the 4 blue wires are front speakers the four green wires are rear speakers, the red wire is your ground, and the blue wire on that plug is your 12v ignition wire.

The 1990 Ford Festiva 1.3 liter engine cylinder head bolt torque specification is 125 pounds. The cylinder head bolts should be torqued in 25 pound intervals.

I've heard of it being done, and have seen custom wheels for sale that said they came off of Festivas, but I have never actually SEEN it done. Two concerns would be, first the bolt hold pattern, and second the overall outside diameter of the tire does not interfere with any of the Festiva's Body Parts.
