Who are the top 3 sack leaders for the 49ers?

Officially, Bryant Young (89.5 sacks), Charles Haley (66.5) and Dana Stubblefield (46.5) rank as the top three sack leaders in 49ers history. However, sacks were not officially recorded until 1982. 49ers records indicate that Cedrick Hardman, who played with the 49ers from 1970-79, registered 106.5 sacks for the 49ers. Hardman's teammate Tommy Hart (with 49ers from 1968-77) is unofficially credited with 106 sacks.

It is reasonable to believe that former 49er greats such as Leo Nomellini and Charlie Krueger probably logged a significant number of sacks during their long careers. Unfortunately, their sack totals were not recorded and are lost to history.

Are midgets a different race?

Midget is a term used to describe an exceptionally short person. The terms "midget" and "dwarf" are often used synonymously, as both terms mean someone who has been short in stature since birth, but those terms were not originally synonyms. Midget is a term that was originally coined in 1865, referring to an extremely short but normally proportioned person. P.T Barnum indirectly helped popularize "midget" when he began featuring General Tom Thumb in his circus. Dwarf was originally used to denote those with short limbs as compared to those who had proportioned limbs. Like many other older terms, "midget" has became part of popular language, it was often used in a pejorative sense. When applied to a person who is very short, midget is now often considered offensive.

Sweden During World War 2?

Sweden remained neutral, it did not participate in the war and was not attacked. Sometimes allied bombers which could not make it back to England would land in Sweden which, as a neutral power, was required under international law to imprison their crews until the end of the war. There is some controversy about Sweden's sales of iron and various goods to Germany - and also to Britain. Sweden allowed the Germans to use their railways which aided in the invasion and occupation of her sister country, Norway, which had also attempted to be neutral. I traveled extensively in Norway during the early 70s, and the WW2 generation never forgot that about Sweden. Put yourself in Hitler's or for that matter any in the German high command's shoes. What does Sweden offer in terms of strategic or tactical warfare? Nothing. In order to fight the British, the only useful country is Norway, which the Germans took. As far as the Soviet front was concerned , Hitler found an already willing ally with Finland. So why disrupt matters by sending German troops into a country which is militarily useless but economicaly important because of their iron production? The best way to handle the measure is by doing business with Sweden, not attacking them.

Why didn't Hitler attack Sweden?

The simple rason: He got EVERYTHING he wanted from Sweden! He got his troops movement through the country, no questions asked. And so on. Sweden had alot of 'friendly toughts' about the Nazis during the war. Even as high up as within the royal family, not to mention all the industrialists, who saw Germany as a business partner!

Actually, it was, at one time, forbidden for Swedish newaspapers to publish anything negative about Nazi-Germany!

What are some ways Jews tried to escape the Nazis Europe?

Some of the top Nazis were given help by the Vatican! See the link below. There were probably many ways for them to get smuggled out of Germany. Some material that I've read said that General Skozeny helped some escape through Italy. He wa, the German general who commanded the special English-speaking commandos who infiltrated the US lines at Battle of Bulge. Supposedly, he had contacts that could smuggle Nazi's out of the coastal port of La Spezia (near Genoa, Italy). I guess from there they made their voyage to Brazile or South America.
