Your rear ac expansion valve is located on the right rear inside your distribution assembly. You will have to remove the inner right side interior to get to it. It is encased inside the black assembly along with the heater core.

I would advise using an OTC brand 3-in-1 ball joint service kit or the equivalent. It comes with instructions.

It is up in the frame rail on the drivers side of the truck. It is close to were the transmission cross member bolts to the frame. You will have to slide up under the truck and look up in the frame rail to even see it.

More than likely, it is dirty. Buy a CD cleaner and try that.

It all depends on the model and options (1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 2x4 or 4x4 etc) They start around 5,200 lbs and go up to 8600 lbs

Fuel pressure regulator is located on the driver side fuel rail.

Have a friend sit in the driver's seat, with your hood up. Turn off everything electric in the 'Burb - radio, heater, etc. Lean under the hood and have him put the key from the Off Position to the On Position (DO NOT START!), you will hear a "Click!" and the buzzing of the fuel pump, then another "Click!" when the pump stops. Your fuel relay is the little device making the click, and on a Chevy all of the relays are usually located in a smallish black plastic box with a cover on it. Have your friend keep cycling the key until you locate which relay it is. You also may have a diagram on the inside of the relay cover identifying which relays are which, but that isn't always the case. You remove the relay by simply pulling the relay straight out.

I would put a ignition module in the distributor, That will probley fix it.

That varies based on driving habits and maintenance, but 250k should be attainable.

It might be caused by weak or worn out gas struts on either side of the window. You could probably get them at any auto parts store.

if you're driving on dry pavement you shouldnt be in 4WD in the first place because your front wheels will bind up. But if you're driving around town in snow or something where you need traction you should use 4 HIGH. 4 LOW shouldn't ever be used above like 20 MPH.

My Suburban doesn't have bulbs...they are LED lights. Newer models have bulbs.

PROBABLY a faulty knock sensor, however, you'll need to run a computer diagnostic test to find out for certain.

Theer is probably a fuse for "wipers" in the fuse box or there is probably a plug that goes into your wiper motor; pull that plug and no wipers! If you want to disable only the auto sensing wipers part(what ever that is) Go buy a Haynes Auto Repair manual for your car. Maybe it's in there.

I also have an 88 Burban 350 TBI, but you basically need to strip the engine down to the heads and either have them machined with new valves, guides, rockers (if needed). To do this you need to find a good machine shop and have it done. You cant do it yourself without expensive equipment. It all depends you might be able to get new heads or even a "long block" for the price some times.

Rapid pump failure of a new replacement can be an electrical system problem or a faulty new unit. Aftermarket fuel pumps, even those branded as original equipment replacement often have serious quality and reliability issues in comparison to factory units. It is recommended that you check and or replace the fuel pump relay, pump voltages, to further isolate the causes.

I have a 99 1500 had a loud "humming noise" going down the road. after extensive tests and trouble shooting, i found the rear pinion gears were shot. If you can do it safely remove the rear drive shaft plug the hole in the differential, and drive the truck in 4 wheel drive for a short distance if the noise goes away, it is probably the gears in the rear diff.

The 1992 GMC Suburban came from the factory with R12 not R134. Unless it is has been converted to use R134 you cannot simply add R134. If it has been converted you need to have the leak fixed before adding anything. It is illegal to add refrigerant to any system without first repairing the leak. How much it will hold depends on how much leaked out.
