that depends on your body style i was 5'8 and weighed 185 pounds i went on a bunch of websites to find out the same question and they all told me i shoukd weigh 160 and that i was 25 pounds over weight but i was very thin and had a really toned body so i went to my docter and he did a fat percentage test and come to find out i could actually gain 10 pounds and still be fine so there are websites that will helpo you get a idea but the best thing would be to go talk to your doctor or your PE teacher could probably help you too i hope this helped you some

if its (b), then i'd say that applying banana pulp is sure good if you have an oily scalp, because bana tends to make your hair dry (telling this from experience).

if you wish to use banana pulp on your scalp, make sure that you mash it well in a blender and strain it, or the banana globules will stick to your hair and be very difficult to wash off.
