Sounds like he needs a professional check up immediately, the head is a dangerous area to receive a knock.
I currently have a hard lump in front of my ear - has been there for a few months. i did not know that I had fluid in my ears but at the drs when I was having the lump examined - she found the fluid. I am on antibiotics right now to treat my ears. The thought my dr has is that the ear infection caused my glands to swell. If the lump does not go away after 10 days of antibiotics - I am having an ultra sound done. My lump does not hurt - but something is causing me to have a head ache ALL day long :(
Put rubbing alcohol on the infection every day about twice a day.

A pre-longed nose block usually happens when there's something like a tumour blocking the inner nostrils or when the inner nostril membranes swell up.
Check with an ENT Specialist. Ask him to check the inner nose, which he should do with a endoscope like instrument (a thin cord with a light and camera to see what's happening inside). This should be done to find out if there's any Cancerious tumour blocking the nose. Do not worry as it's not a very big deal and curable.
The nose block could be for several reasons, but I'm answering the pre-longed nose block conditions.
In case of swelling up of the inner nostrils, the Doctor should give you some pills to reduce the swelling and probably some for associated headache. He should also give you a long term Nasal drop/Spray/Puff for relief.
It is very important to remember that this condition is curable without a surgery, if not by pills, then homeopathically. DO NOT LOOSE HOPE, AND DO NOT BE SAD. But do consult a specialist Doctor. Peace!
Why do you go completely blind just before you get an excruciating headache?
This question seems to regard a particular type of headache known as a migraine. Most traditional migraineurs experience "auras" as a preliminary symptom of an incoming migraine, which could explain the blindness. Auras typically comprise various shapes affecting peripheral and focused vision and can be just as annoying as the migraine itself. Auras are hard to describe visually, but mine look like a very bright light shining through a prism in water (i.e. a pulsating rainbow effect). In my case, which differs from one migraine sufferer to the next, the worse my vision is due to auras and the longer the auras last, the worse the migraine will be. I recall one time being "blinded" by auras where I was not fit to do anything at all--I could not read anything nor could I focus on anything at all. The migraine that followed those symptoms evolved into the worst one I had, which caused vomiting, nausea, and rendered me totally useless for a few hours.
If you experience those symptoms, I recommend taking some type of powerful pain killer immediately. Additionally, begin logging your results per migraine. I record perhaps too much information, but I note the time of day the auras started, how long the auras lasted, rate the severity of the auras, the total duration of the migraine experience, rate the pain associated with migraines, note side effects, record every bit of food eaten (or not eaten) that day and the day before, barometric pressure difference from the day of the migraine and the previous day, the amount of sleep from the night before (or lack thereof), the stress level in your life, pollen levels outside, and note your hypersensitivities (does light bother your eyes? sound? etc.). From taking such logs, I've been able to deduce that irregular dieting (skipping a meal), ingesting caffeine at the wrong time of the day, lacking sleep, and stress factor into triggering migraines. I have it down almost to a T where if I want to induce a migraine, I know exactly how to diet, sleep, and live 48 hours before getting one.
Good luck in overcoming them!
What causes someone to smell burning and there is nothing burning?
There are many possibilities ranging from olfactory hallucinations to certain nasal infections. This cannot be identified over the net, only by examination by a doctor.
Go see your doctor.
There are several ways in which to "unpop" your ears. The most common is to pretend to yawn. This usually helps the pressure between your ears to balance out. It may not always work on the first yawn.
Chewing gum or excercising your muscles by thrusting your jaw out (while looking up) is found to also be effective. Another method would be the Valvasa maneuver(pinch your nose, close your mouth, then try to exhale through your nose). Do this gently though as forcing it could actually make the situation worse.
There's several other methods too all of which you can Google. But if you still find your ears blocked, don't be afraid to go see the Doctor! Good luck!

CONCUSSION
A patient who has suffered concussion may exhibit signs of confusion. For example, they may ask the same questions over and over again and appear disorientated. If patients show signs of focal neurological deficits (problems with the nerves that affect specific areas of the face or brain) this may suggest that an area of the brain isn't functioning normally.
How is fluid behind the ear treated?
Usually surfer's or divers get this from water from being that is forcefully push into the inner ear. if it occurs on one side, lying down with the clogged ear on bed will usually resolve the problem, ear drops can also help to loosen up wax . if still not resolved, you have to get it drained in doctors office. takes about one minute. If both ears are clogged, try drops. IF no results than again, get it drained by doctor.
What does it mean when a man whipsers in your ear not going to force myself on you?
To "force onself" upon someone else is to rape someone.
In other words, he's telling you that he's not going to rape you.
Why is your nose so huge Louis?
The size of a person's nose can be influenced by various factors, including genetics, age, and environmental conditions. For some individuals, a larger nose may simply be a hereditary trait passed down from family members. Additionally, as we age, our noses can appear larger due to changes in skin elasticity and the underlying structure. Ultimately, it's just a unique aspect of one's appearance!
Would spitting up blood have anything to do with tonsillitis?
No. Spitting out blood COULD be caused by more serious conditions such as TB or less serious conditions such as a bitten tongue.
If the blood is definitely SPAT out (as in cleared throat and spat) rather than blood in the mouth (bitten tongue/bitten inner cheek) then IMMEDIATE medical attention should be sought.
Sounds like the flu, or another infectious process. Try Tylenol, alternating with the Ibuprofen. If fever not resolving, stiff neck, continued severe headache, take to the doctor.
Exploding head syndrome - a condition in which a person perceives loud noises or an explosive feeling when falling asleep or waking up. Some also report fear and seeing flashes of light. It is an unusual form of auditory hallucination that it occurs in people who are not fully awake. Neither the cause nor the mechanism of this is known.
