Somewhwere Over The Rainbow by Isreal. It is a very good song everytime i listen to it it makes me feel happy yet sad. It makes me miss something very much like a camp i went to in 5th grade. Pro: If you ever need to contact a parent you can do it. Its harder and just plain annoying having to go to the office and ask to contact your mommy or daddy cause I forgot my homework. a

Pro: If the parents need anything they can text their child in school to inform them about something. I mean whats the point of having to call the school and tell some total stranger something ,that is none of their buisness in the first place, and have them tell someone to tell their child simply that they would be home late or something like that.

Con: It can be a distraction for the student. They could be texting while the teacher is telling them something like "you're having the biggest test of your life tomorrow" or "2+2=4".

Con: If the student gets caught with the phone. In most cases they turn the phone into the office and make the parents waste their time and come get their child's phone since the people who took it have NO LIVES!

But overall students who are in at least 7th grade and are involved in alot of school activities or anything on the lines of that, should have a cell phone in school.

But these little 5th graders who are with an adult non stop for their whole day don't need one. That is just called "The Spoiling of Your Child"

Zac Efron does not hate the movie franchise High School Musical. The Disney Channel movies made Zac Efron a more well known actor and helped his career a lot. He has done several interviews where he has said he would be willing to star in more High School Musical movies.

the only difference is theyr selectivity. UCB will not accept someone who barely got accepted into UCD or UCSB. Someone who got accepted into UCB will probably get accepted into every other UC school. the req's are like getting a C in a class (average) so when you apply you want to have above and beyond what they ask for.
