The report of the 6th pay commission will be submitted by 4th April, 2008. Before that all the recommendations circling on net are just rumours. But there is common consensus among the members about the hike in scales by about 2.5 to 3.3 times the present salary. The pay fixation schedule is not discussed among members openly but expected is one increment for every 4 years. Privatization means shifting of public ownership to private or personal. Before privatization came into being in India...Everything was under government control. Every sector, every field was under public ownership. As time passed by the country started to grow..started to develop even more...and that was a load that was sort of getting heavier on the shoulders of our the then government. It was getting difficult for the Indian Government to handle and maintain the smooth functioning.

Firstly, within vehicles themselves, there are many brands and models available for purchase. None of which is exacly like the other. Therefore the consumer has the ability to easily switch products for another make/model of vehicle.

Secondly, the auto industry itself as a whole has viable alternatives. If the prices of the entire auto industry were to rise, then consumers have the ability to purchase other forms of transportation, including but no limited to: public transportation, bicycles, scooters, mopeds etc.

Examples of this may be seen in some lower income countries where vehicle purchases are low relative to other forms of transportation.

The war was fought between the Indian Army and the erstwhile princely state forces opposed by Pak Army , paramilitary and local militias from the NWFP (the Pakistani forces referred to themselves as the Azad Kashmir forces .
