If your music on sonic stage is in MP3 format it will be possible to transfer it to itunes, but if in the ATRAC format (used automatically by sonic stage if you rip CD's into it) then it is not possible - But I hae heard you can get an ATRAC MP3 CONVERTER, or another option (all be it labourious) is that you burn your traks back to CD from sonic stage and rip them back into i tunes.

iTunes isn't a rip off, it's actually a lot cheaper than buying CDs and you can choose not to download all the songs, also, downloading music for free from places like Limewire is as illegal as taking a CD straight from the store and walking out without paying. Several people who download from Limewire have been sued for quite a lot of money, too, apparently.

Basically, songs that you pay for are legal, but songs that are free are illegal.
To get free songs download Limewire Basic (the bottom option) from: http:/www.limewire.com, then open it up and type whatever song it is you are looking for and click download
This should take about 1 minute, depending on the length of the song e.g.: i kissed a girl by Katy Perry takes about one minute, and Halo by Beyonce about three.
After this is complete, the song should go straight into your iTunes Library ready to be sync'd onto your iPod/iPhone etc.
Make sure iTunes is OPEN and minimized whilst you are on Limewire, so the song can go straight to iTunes. There are other sites but I prefer this one to the others.
