What four steps that can be taken to enforce a collective bargaining agreement?
Pay scales
The effort bargain
Premuim pay
Contingent benefits
Pay scales vary based upon job classification; it can be hourly, weekly, or monthly wage or salary. Unions can negotiate with a single employer to raise the pay scale for certain jobs based on certain reason. Like higher wages on holidays instead of regular pay. I know a lot of places have started to pay time and ½ on Sunday's to help get people to work more. Since the rate of people either just not wanting to work these days at all or calling in on Sundays was high.
The effort bargain set standards for employees and then a way to be able to measure it. A lot of work places have to make quotas for example. I use to work in a bank for a little over 3 years and we had to hit sales quotas every quarter, and if we did based on what level of quota we hit we would get a bonus, on the other hand if you didn't hit quota for so many quarters you would get a warning, then written up and so forth until you could potentially lose your job.
Premium pay is kind of what I was talking about how a lot of places are not offering a different pay for weekend work. But this area also includes overtime, and call in pay. A lot of places will not give you premium pay if you haven't worked there for X amount of days. This helps to avoid losing money to people who don't plan on staying long anyway.
Contingent benefits are things that your employer provides to you in hopes to keep you healthy and happy. Such as insurance not only to you but if you are married to your significant other and kids, also pensions, PTO, and servance pay. A lot of people won't accept a job that doesn't offer insurance PTO and so forth. Just like Premium Pay it usually takes you working somewhere X amount of day to receive these.
A bargaining power is the ability to influence the setting of prices or wages, usually from a monopoly position.

Q: Do labor costs make up the majority of the cost of producing a vehicle?
A: No. Labor costs are about 10 percent of the costs of producing a vehicle. The other 90 percent includes research and development, parts, advertising, marketing and management overhead. The answer is an oversimplification. It appears to consider only assembly-line labor costs. Each of the other categories, research, development, parts, advertising, marketing, and management, also have labor costs (and these categories may be far more labor-intensive than final assembly), which must be taken into account. As well, the labor costs associated with extraction, refinement, and transport of the raw materials (and transport of finished vehicles to dealers) must be considered. Finally, the labor costs of energy required for all phases of auto manufacturing, from extraction through final delivery, must be considered. The real cost of any product is the total cost of labor and materials required to produce the product, plus profit, at all stages of production.

In UAE how can you know that your labor ban is already lapsed?
SALAM
my question is how do i know .when my ban is going to finish
No. "Excess worker" makes you sound like too much of a useless blob. Here's my strategy in a nutshell: Every employer has problem(s) that need fixing and wonders if you're the person to help. These may be getting things organized or executed or produced, etc. Show these people that you are: - The best person to fix those problems, (i.e. you're interested in finding out about them, you've done preliminary research if possible, and you can even suggest some ideas right there on the spot maybe..) - That you are available for reasons of chance, i.e. you're on the market not because no one else wants you or you've been in prison for 7 years but rather you have just become available and are looking. Give them the impression that due to no fault of your own, you were laid off in a mass downsizing or in one of the last rounds of layoffs. Compliment your last job previous to this if possible, even if your boss was a miserable #$%^. "I loved my last job but unfortunately the firm had numerous rounds of layoffs and in one of the last ones I was let go" Something like that. Interviewers aren't looking for "the magic phrase", they're just more often looking for reasons NOT to hire you in a job interview, problems that wouldn't be obvious from a resume alone. It's a screening process in many ways.

Why was a ratification process required?
The colonists required the ratification process because they wanted the Bill of Rights to be included in the US Constitution. With the addition of the Bill of Rights more colonists could set aside their fears of having their rights and freedoms taken away from them by the government.
How do you fire someone if they are a part of the labor union?
By telling them they are fired and notifying the union the same day.
Unions have no power to prevent firings, only to grieve after the fact when the employee is already separated.
the worker had to face a shortened life span, (most workers didn't live past
40) life threatening injuries, hellish work hours,(18 hours a day or more) and exposure to harsh conditions like poisonous chemicals, extreme heat and cold, bad equipment, ect...
they wanted to form labor unions to put a stop to these harsh working environments and there were no rules or guidelines to be followed so they hoped that labor unions would set boundaries for them.
Why was unionship membership declined?
Many companies now offer much better working conditions and benefits, in order to attract and keep the very best employees. This competitiveness, together with the costs of union membership fees and historical corruption and mismanagement of union leadership, have contributed to public apathy about union membership benefits.
