You need to look under the vehicle and see if there is a transfer case in the rear of the vehicle (gear box) which will bring the power from the engine to the rear wheels.

If you mean the courtesy lights on the ceiling, check them both and make sure the switch on the light itself is set to "door". They both have a switch that says "OFF/ON/DOOR".

All oxygen sensors are in the exhaust. They can either be before or after the catalytic convertor. Just because you have a code for an oxygen sensor does Not mean that it is defective. You can have a vacuum leak causing a lean code. You can also have a leaky injector that will cause a rich code.

The 2007 Lexus RX350 rear wiper blade size is a special 14" rear wiper blade that is very simple to replace once you find a replacement. Unfortunately, most stores do not stock this special rear wiper blade so please see Sources and Related Links below for more information and installation videos. Go to an auto parts store and get a can of r134a freon and a related tube with a pressure gauge (you can by these as a set usually). Attach the tube that you purchased to the LOW pressure side of the system which will be located under the hood, just behind the hood latch...labeled "L" on the screw off protective cap. Attach the quick connect on the hose that you purchased to the LOW pressure fitting and follow the directions...

Sounds like the belt is loose. Another possibility is that your water pump is going bad. Sometimes when they set ovrnght for instance it will start to "freez" up a little due to the bearings inside going bad. Hope this helps. It is just impossible to say w/o personally seeing it.

There is a problem with the RX300 transmission, when it begins to fail, it will whine when started cold and the sound will decrease as the car warms. It is often confused with another part, but within a short timeframe of days to weeks, the transmission will stop shifting properly, to completely failing.

probably a head gasket, check the coolant to make sure it's full, only check when it cold. i would have a mechanic do a c02 test on the cooling system to check for a bad head gasket. hope this helps.

Open the sunglass door. there are 2 caps inside with screws under them. Remove the screws. Look at the dome light lens and locate 2 slots on the edge closest to the windshield on each side. Use a sharp pointed small knife in the slots to pry the

lens out a little at a time on each side. Once removed then you'll find the last two screws to remove the assembly.

I can't tell you the proper way which I believe involves removing several items like the alternator and possibly the intake manifold and then unsecuring the engine and rotating it forward. I can tell you the way I did it. The first time it took me 2 hrs, the 2nd time it me 1.5 hrs so it is a matter of figuring out the little things.

1. Remove the plastic cowl on the top of the engine. Hint, after taking the 3 hex-head screws out the "Lexus" emblem screws out. 2. The front 3 spark plus are easy to remove, unplug the coil packs. 3. Unscrew the retaining bolt with a 10mm wrench. 4. Pull the coil pack straight out. 5. Use a spark plug socket and extension and unscrew the spark plugs. Reverse these steps to replace. Note: Plug gap is 44 and I would use irridium plugs. Another hint is to use silicon spray into the coil pack fittings - both the spark plug end and the electrical fitting end. A little silicon into the spark plug socket before putting in the spark plug will allow the socket to release easier when retracking the extension and socket. 6. The back three plugs are much more difficult. I removed the cruise control cable and mounting bracket from the throtle body. I also removed the PVC tubing from the left side of the intake manifold. You should then be able to insert each of your hands into the respective openings, you pretty much have to perform the rest of the steps blindly. The space is tight but I have done it 3 times now and can say that it can be done and probably easier then the factory method. 6. This will be the hardest part, unplug the the coil packs. 7. Unscrew the retaining bolt with a 10mm wrench. 8. You won't be able to pull the coil packs straight out but you can get them out but move slowly so as to not damage the coil packs - they are around $100 a piece. 9. It will be easier to get at the spark plugs if you first drop in the spark plug socket, then insert the socket extension. Make sure you get the extension plugged into the socket and then the socket secured on the spark plug. Then wiesel a socket wrench in and plug it into the extension. To crack loose the spark plugs from the right side (socket wrench handle pointed to the right) you will push toward the firewall, on the left side (socket wrench handle pointed to the left) you will pull towards you. After cracking the spark plugs loose you should be able to remove the socket wrench and using your fingers on the end of the extension unscrew the plugs. 10. To reinstall the plugs insert the plug into the socket first and remember the silicon spray into the socket, then wiesel the plug, socket and extension into the spark plug hole. Tighten the spark plug as tight as possible with your fingers. Perform final tightening with the socket wrengh. 11. Replace the coil packs and remember the silicon spray. Secure them with the retaining bolts. 12. Plug in the coil pack electrical fittings. 13. Reinstall the cruise control mounting bracket and cable, reinstall the PVC tubing and the the engine cowl and you are done.

This has to do with a faulty "blend air door" which can get stuck in the wrong position. Fixing it requires pulling the dash and replacing the entire sub-assembly. It's expensive, approximetely $500 at most Jeep dealers. As of 01/2004, Chrysler has released an improved set of parts which should be more reliable.

For the oil change/oil filter warning:

Start with the ignition switch "ON"

1. Push the "ODO/TRIP" button to change the display to blank.

2. Turn the ignition switch off.

3. Turn the ignition switch to "ON" with the trip meter "RESET" button held down.

4. Keep pushing the "RESET" button for longer than 5 seconds after the ignition is turned on.

5. the master warning light comes on, a warning tone sounds and the message disappears.

For the tire pressure light:

1. key on

2. engine on or off

3. close all doors

4. press and hold the tire reset button under the drivers side dashboard (this is tough to do and impossible without a flashlight)

5. the warning screen by the odo will say pressure initial

6. release the button when the screen returns to blank.

For the A/C filter light:

1. key on

2. engine on or off

3. doors closed

4. press and hold the fan off button on the environmental control area

5. the info meter will read a/c filter reset or something to that effect

6. release the button.

I find that situation occurs with our RX300 when someone hits/bumps the turn signal switch arm. Often the "toggle" for the lights changes to the "off" position. It's somewhat frustrating when you turn the car on at night expecting the headlights to turn on automatically. All you need to do is turn it back to the "on" position.

Your headlights are operated by twisting the end of your turn signal stalk. One forward rotational click, from the off position, turns your running/parking lights on. The next click turns your running/parking and your head lights on. The third click is "auto". In this positions your lights will turn on and off automatically depending on how much ambient light your vehicle is in while driving. Pushing the turn signal stalk forward turns your high beams on. Pulling it back again turns the high beams off. Your daytime running lights stay on whenever the car is running.
